Abstract

Description
本開示は、概してセーフティグレージング、より詳細には、ウインドシールドを含む車両窓のためのポリマーセーフティグレージングに関する。
セーフティグレージングは、歴史的にガラスで作られてきた。ガラスは、ウインドシールドのワイパーおよびある程度の研磨破片による引っかき傷に耐えることができる硬度を有している。また、非常に経済的であり、大量生産技術に適している。しかしながら、ガラスは割れやすく、乗客を傷つけ、人身傷害を引き起こし得る危険な鋭利な破片を生じさせる可能性がある。この問題は、ガラスを強化し、小さな破片（１／２”）にし、小さな破片を一緒に保持するために２枚のガラス片をその間の柔軟なポリマーポリビニルブチラール（ＰＶＢ）コアと共に積層することによって、ある程度まで軽減された。
残念なことに、ガラスのセーフティグレージングは、空気中の小さな塊およびほこりによるピッティングの影響を受けやすく、太陽に向かって移動する際に視界が悪くなることがある。米国だけでも毎年１，５００万を超えるガラス製ウインドシールドが、ピッティングおよび破損のために交換されている。さらに、積層されたガラス－ＰＶＢ－ガラスのウインドシールドは、ＰＶＢコアがガラスを汚染しているため、リサイクルできない。
ガラス製のセーフティグレージングの欠点を考慮すると、乗客の裂傷は長年の問題であり、理想的な解決策はない。例えば、３０年間の研究で、ガラスのウインドシールドの内部にポリマーコーティングまたは層を配置する試みがなされたが、商業的な成功はなかった。
ポリカーボネートは優れた耐衝撃性を示し、自動車レースおよびオフロード車の車両グレージングに使用される。しかしながら、ポリカーボネートは非常に柔らかい素材であるため、商用車や公共車両で使用するには傷および穴ができやすい。現在までのところ、これらの耐久性の問題を克服するために利用可能な直接ハードコーティングは存在しない。したがって、ポリカーボネート製のウインドシールドは、現在、公道でのオートバイに制限されている。例えば、サウジ基礎産業公社（Ｓａｕｄｉ Ｂａｓｉｃ Ｉｎｄｕｓｔｒｉｅｓ Ｃｏｒｐｏｒａｔｉｏｎ，ＳＡＢＩＣ）は、ＬＥＸＡＮブランドのポリカーボネートの生産者である。ＬＥＸＡＮシート製品に関する２０１６年の運輸省（ＤＯＴ）ガイドブックでは、「オートバイのウインドシールドを除いて、ＳＡＢＩＣの熱可塑性材料は通常、前向きの外側グレージングには使用できない」と記載されている。
本開示は、関連技術に伴う上記の欠点を克服するための様々なシステムおよび方法を企図している。本開示の実施形態の一態様は、ポリカーボネート基板と、ポリカーボネート基板上に配置された紫外線ハードコートフィルムとを含む積層体である。紫外線ハードコートフィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート（ｐｏｌｙｅｔｈｙｌｅｎｅ ｔｅｒｅｐｈｔｈａｌａｔｅ，ＰＥＴ）層、ＰＥＴ層とポリカーボネート基板との間に介在する接着剤、およびポリカーボネート基板と反対側のＰＥＴ層上に配置された外側ハードコートを含んでいてよい。外側ハードコート、ＰＥＴ層、および／または接着剤は、ＵＶ安定剤を含み得る。
ポリカーボネート基板は、３～８ｍｍの厚さであってよい。ＰＥＴ層は、２～６ミルの厚さであってよい。外側ハードコートは、２～１０ミクロンの厚さであってよい。外側ハードコートは、８Ｈを超えるガウジ鉛筆硬度を有していてよい。接着剤は、感圧接着剤であってよい。
積層体は、ＰＥＴ層と反対側のポリカーボネート基板上に配置された内側ハードコートを含んでいてよい。内側ハードコートは、６Ｈから８Ｈのガウジ鉛筆硬度を有していてもよい。
紫外線ハードコートフィルムは、ポリカーボネート基板上に積層された複数の紫外線ハードコートフィルムのうちの第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルムであってよい。複数の紫外線ハードコートフィルムは、第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルム上に配置された第２の紫外線ハードコートフィルムを含んでいてよく、第２の紫外線ハードコートフィルムは、第２のＰＥＴ層、第２のＰＥＴ層と第１の紫外線ハードコートとの間に介在する第２の接着剤、および第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルムと反対側の第２のＰＥＴ層上に配置された第２の外側ハードコートを含む。第２の外側ハードコート、第２のＰＥＴ層、および／または第２の接着剤は、ＵＶ安定剤を含み得る。第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルムの接着剤は、第２の接着剤よりも強くてよい。
積層体は、湾曲した車両ウインドシールドの形状に熱成形することができる。
本開示の実施形態の別の態様は、方法である。方法は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート（ＰＥＴ）キャリアの第１面にＵＶ安定化ハードコートを堆積させること、ＰＥＴキャリアの第１面と反対側の第２面を接着剤でコーティングすること、接着剤を用いてＰＥＴキャリアの第２面をポリカーボネート基板に接着することを含んでいてよい。
本開示の実施形態の別の態様は、方法である。方法は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート（ＰＥＴ）キャリアの第１面にＵＶ安定化ハードコートを堆積させること、ＰＥＴキャリアの第１面と反対側の第２面を接着剤でコーティングすること、接着剤を用いてＰＥＴキャリアの第２面をポリカーボネート基板に接着することを含んでいてよい。
ＰＥＴキャリア、ＵＶ安定化ハードコート、および接着剤は、紫外線ハードコートフィルムを定義することができる。方法は、ＰＥＴキャリアの第２面をポリカーボネート基板に接着することの前に、紫外線ハードコートフィルムをロール上に巻回することを含んでもよい。方法は、コーティングすることの後に、ＰＥＴキャリアの第２面に取り外し可能なライナーを付けることを含んでもよい。方法は、ＰＥＴキャリアの第２面をポリカーボネート基板に接着することの前に、ＰＥＴキャリアの第２面から取り外し可能なライナーを取り除くことを含んでもよい。方法は、接着された紫外線ハードコートフィルムを有するポリカーボネート基板を、湾曲した車両ウインドシールドの形状に熱成形することを含んでもよい。

ポリカーボネートにハードコーティングを付けようとする以前の試みとは異なり、紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａは、キャリアとして機能するポリエチレンテレフタレート（ＰＥＴ）層１２２ａを含み、これは、間に介在する接着剤１２４ａによってポリカーボネート基板１１０に接着され得る。ＵＶ安定化外側ハードコート１２６ａは、ポリカーボネート基板１１０と反対側のＰＥＴ層１２２ａ上に配置されてよく、ＰＥＴ層１２２ａ、接着剤１２４ａ、および外側ハードコート１２６ａは、紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａを定義する。外側ハードコート１２６ａは、８Ｈを超えるガウジ鉛筆硬度（ｇｏｕｇｅ ｐｅｎｃｉｌ ｈａｒｄｎｅｓｓ）を有していてよく、ポリカーボネート基板１１０が単独で存在するよりも積層体１００をはるかに耐久性のあるものにする。ＰＥＴ層１２２ａをキャリアとして使用することにより、外側ハードコート１２６ａをポリカーボネート基板１１０に直接付けようとした場合に生じ得る困難を伴わずに、外側ハードコート１２６ａを付けることができる。例えば、ポリカーボネート基板１１０は、ハードコート１２６ａを支持するには柔らかすぎる可能性があり、ポリカーボネート基板１１０とハードコート１２６ａとの間の熱膨張係数の差は、ハードコート１２６ａを経時的に破壊させる可能性があり、および／またはポリカーボネート基板１１０の親水性によって吸収された水がハードコート１２６ａを持ち上げる原因となる可能性がある。これらの懸念は、ハードコート１２６ａをＰＥＴ層１２２ａに付け、接着剤１２４ａを間に介在させてＰＥＴ層１２２ａをポリカーボネート基板１１０上に「浮かせる」ことによって回避することができる。
図２の例に示されるように、紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａは、ポリカーボネート基板１１０上に積層された複数の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０（１２０ａ，１２０ｂなど）のうちの第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルムであってよい。例として、第２の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ｂは、ＰＥＴ層１２２ｂ、接着剤１２４ｂ、および外側ハードコート１２６ｂを含み、これらによって定義され、これらは、接着剤１２４ｂが、ＰＥＴ層１２２ｂと第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０（例えば、その外側ハードコート１２６ａ）との間に介在していることを除いて、ＰＥＴ層１２２ａ、接着剤１２４ａ、および外側ハードコート１２６ａとそれぞれ同じであってよい。追加の（例えば、第３、第４などの）紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０を同様に付けることができる。複数の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０を有する積層体１００が、車両ウインドシールドまたは他の窓の寿命の間に（例えば、欠けや酸化などのために）経時的に許容できないほど劣化した場合、最も外側の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０は、単純に、剥離して除去され、下にある新鮮な紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０を露出させることができる。この目的のために、第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａの接着剤１２４ａは、追加の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０に使用される接着剤１２４ｂなどよりも強力であってよい（また、場合によっては紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０を追加するごとに接着剤１２４ｂ等はさらに強度が低下し得る）。このようにして、第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａは、別の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０が剥離されている間、ポリカーボネート基板１１０に接着されたままであることができる。例えば、第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａは、積層体１００の寿命の間、ポリカーボネート基板１１０上に留まるように意図されていてよく、追加のハードコートフィルム１２０は、必要に応じて除去可能（および以下に説明するように、場合によっては補充可能）であると企図されていてよい。同様に、第１の１２０ａを超えるそのような追加の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０の各々は、積層体１００の寿命中に容易に剥離するためのタブまたは他の手段を備えていてもよい。
紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａのＰＥＴ層１２２ａは、２～６ミルの厚さ（１ミル＝１０００分の１インチ）であってよく、例えば、ＤｕＰｏｎｔ社が所有している登録商標Ｍｙｌａｒの下で販売されている二軸配向ポリエチレンテレフタレート（ｂｉａｘｉａｌｌｙ－ｏｒｉｅｎｔｅｄ ｐｏｌｙｅｔｈｙｌｅｎｅ ｔｅｒｅｐｈｔｈａｌａｔｅ，ＢｏＰＥＴ）であってよい。外側ハードコート１２６ａは、２～１０ミクロン（例えば、５ミクロン）の厚さであってよく、例えば、ＤＩＣ社によって販売されているＵＶ硬化性樹脂などのＵＶ硬化性ポリシロキサン－アクリルハイブリッド樹脂であってよい。８Ｈを超えるガウジ鉛筆硬度を有していることに加えて、外側ハードコート１２６ａは、米国国家規格協会（Ａｍｅｒｉｃａｎ Ｎａｔｉｏｎａｌ Ｓｔａｎｄａｒｄｓ Ｉｎｓｔｉｔｕｔｅ，ＡＮＳＩ）Ｚ２６．１－１９９６規格で指定されている摩耗試験＃１８およびＡＮＳＩ Ｚ２６．１－１９９６規格で指定されている１年間の気象試験＃１６に合格することができる。上記のように、外側ハードコート１２６ａは、例えば、ヒドロキシフェニル－ベンゾトリアゾールまたはヒドロキシフェニル－トリアジンＵＶ吸収剤などのＵＶ安定剤を含めることによって、ＵＶ安定化され得る。外側ハードコート１２６ａにＵＶ安定剤を含めることにより、日光中の紫外線放射によって引き起こされるＰＥＴキャリア１２２ａおよび接着剤１２４ａの劣化（例えば、黄変または脆化）を、紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａの寿命中に防止または減速することができる。ＵＶ安定剤は、追加的または代替的に、ＰＥＴキャリア１２２ａおよび／または接着剤１２４ａに含まれ得ることが企図されている。接着剤１２４ａは、１０～２５ミクロン（例えば、２５ミクロン）の厚さであってよく、例えば、剥離に必要な単位幅あたりの一定の荷重として決定される剥離強度が１インチあたり約３０グラムである低粘着性ＰＳＡなどの感圧接着剤（ＰＳＡ）であってよい。第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａ以外の追加の紫外線ハードフィルム１２０の構成要素は、同じまたは類似の仕様を有し得る。下にあるポリカーボネート基板１１０は、３～８ｍｍ（例えば、４ｍｍ）の厚さであってよい。
図２に示されるように、積層体１００は、ＰＥＴ層１２２ａと反対側のポリカーボネート基板１１０上に配置された内側ハードコート１３０をさらに含んでいてよい。内側ハードコート１３０は、ウインドシールドの内向きの面となるので、外側ハードコート１２６ａと同じ摩耗および衝撃を受けることはなく、同じ基準に保持される必要はない。したがって、内側ハードコート１３０は、外側ハードコート１２６ａよりも柔らかくてよく、したがって、外側ハードコート１２６ａをポリカーボネート基板１１０に直接付けることに関して上記した困難を軽減することができる。内側ハードコート１３０は、例えば、わずか６Ｈから８Ｈのガウジ鉛筆硬度を有し得る。内側ハードコート１３０は、必ずしも、ＡＮＳＩ Ｚ２６．１－１９９６規格で指定された摩耗試験＃１３またはＡＮＳＩ Ｚ２６．１－１９９６規格で指定された１年間の気象試験＃１６に合格する必要はない。外側ハードコート１２６ａと同様に、内側ハードコート１３０は、２～１０ミクロン（例えば５ミクロン）の厚さであってよく、例えば、ＤＩＣ社によって販売されているＵＶ硬化性樹脂などのＵＶ硬化性ポリシロキサン－アクリルハイブリッド樹脂であってよい。直射日光にさらされないので、内側ハードコート１３０は、ＵＶ安定剤を有していても、有していなくてもよい。
図３は、本開示の一実施形態による例示的な操作フローを示している。操作フローは、ＰＥＴキャリア１２２ａの第１面に外側ハードコート１２６ａとして機能するＵＶ安定化ハードコートを堆積することから開始することができる（ステップ３１０）。外側ハードコート１２６ａは、ＰＥＴキャリア１２２ａ上に好ましくは湿式で堆積されるが、スピンコーティング、ディップコーティング、または真空堆積を含む任意の適切な方法に従って付けることができる。外側ハードコート１２６ａが付けられる前または後に、ＰＥＴキャリア１２２ａは、反対側の面を接着剤１２４ａでコーティングされてよい（ステップ３２０）。これらの３つの要素、ＰＥＴキャリア１２２ａ、接着剤１２４ａ、および外側ハードコート１２６ａは、互いに恒久的に接着されていてもよく、集合的に紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａと見なすことができる。接着剤１２４ａがＰＥＴキャリア１２２ａ上にコーティングされると、接着剤１２４ａを保護するために、取り外し可能なライナーをＰＥＴキャリア１２２ａの同じ面に付けることができる（ステップ３３０）。次いで、紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａがロールに巻き付けられて、幅が約２メートルであってもよいロールツーロール（ｒｏｌｌ－ｔｏ－ｒｏｌｌ）処理ウェブを形成することができる（ステップ３４０）。ステップ３１０～３４０の操作フローは、毎分約３０メートルの速度で紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａのロールを生成することができる。
紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａがロールから巻き戻されると、取り外し可能なライナーが取り除かれて接着剤１２４ａを露出させることができ（ステップ３５０）、ＰＥＴキャリア１２２ａを、露出された接着剤１２４ａによってポリカーボネート基板１１０に接着することができる（ステップ３６０）。例えば、紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａは、ローラーによって平坦なポリカーボネート基板１１０に乾式ニップ（ｄｒｙ ｎｉｐｐｅｄ）されてもよい。紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａがポリカーボネート基板１１０に接着された状態で、積層体１００は、ウインドシールドまたは他の窓の所望の最終形状に熱成形する準備ができていてよい。しかしながら、上述したように、また図２に示すように、積層体１００は、追加の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ｂなどを含むことができ、これらは使用とともに劣化するので、後で１つずつ剥離することができる。この場合、ステップ３１０～３６０は、ステップ３６０で後続の各紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０がポリカーボネート基板１１０ではなくスタックのうち先行する紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０に接着されることを除いて、追加の各紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０について繰り返されてよい。所望の数の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０がポリカーボネート基板１１０上に積層されると、ポリカーボネート基板１１０および１つまたは複数の接着された紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０を含む積層体１１０全体を、２Ｄまたは３Ｄ熱成形して、ウインドシールドまたは他の窓を作成することができる（ステップ３７０）。熱成形温度は、通常、摂氏約１８０度であってよく、ウインドシールド形状のパターンまたはモールド表面を利用して、車両１０（図１参照）に取り付けるための適切なサイズの２Ｄまたは３Ｄ形状の車両ウインドシールドを形成することができる。
上で説明したように、２つ以上の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０を有する積層体１００は、最も外側の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０を剥離して除去し、その下にある新鮮な紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０を露出させることができることが企図されている。この点、図３の操作フローは、車両１０に取り付けられた積層体１００の寿命の間、継続してもよい。最も外側の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０が時間の経過とともに許容できないほど劣化した場合、それを剥がして、その下にある次の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０を露出させることができる（ステップ３８０）。
ステップ３８０での１つまたは複数の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０の除去に続いて、場合によっては、紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０のセットを補充して、第１の、最も内側の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａへの劣化を回避し、積層体１００の寿命を延ばすことがさらに企図されている。この第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａは、一般に除去されないことが想定されており、なぜなら、そうすると、車両１０で使用するための同じ基準に適合しない可能性がある、より柔らかいポリカーボネート基板１１０が露出することになるからである。したがって、図３の操作フローは、１つまたは複数の新たな紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０を第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０ａまたは紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０の残りのスタックに付けるステップ（ステップ３９０）を含み得る。例えば、ステップ３１０～３６０は、ステップ３６０において、積層体１００が既に車両１０に取り付けられ、したがってそれが熱成形された後に新たな紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０が積層体１００に追加され得ることを除いて、追加の新たな各紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０について実行されてよい。これは、例えば、新たな紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０（複数可）をスタックにウェット積層し、カードまたはスキージを用いて圧力を加えながら、ヒートガンまたはブロードライヤーでそれらを収縮させて、積層体１００の既存の形状に適合させることによって行うことができる。場合によっては、そのような追加の紫外線ハードコートフィルム（複数可）は、２０２０年１月３１日に出願された「ＴＨＥＲＭＯＦＯＲＭ ＷＩＮＤＳＨＩＥＬＤ ＳＴＡＣＫ ＷＩＴＨ ＩＮＴＥＧＲＡＴＥＤ ＦＯＲＭＡＢＬＥ ＭＯＬＤ」と題する共通所有の米国特許出願第１６／７７８，９２８号に記載されるように、雌型キャビティとして機能する犠牲層を使用して適用することができ、その全内容は、参照により本明細書に明示的に組み込まれる。
積層体１００の寿命の終わりにおいて、従来の積層されたガラス－ＰＶＢ－ガラスウインドシールドの場合のような汚染はない。したがって、ポリカーボネート基板１１０は、容易にリサイクルすることができ、その結果、廃棄物が少なくなり、環境に利益をもたらす。
積層体１００の上記の例では、ウインドシールドまたは他の窓の所望の形状に熱成形する前に、少なくとも１つの紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０が、ポリカーボネート基板１１０に接着されていることが想定されている。しかしながら、本開示はそのように限定されることを意図するものではなく、１つまたは複数の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０は、ポリカーボネート基板１１０がすでに熱成形された後に付けられてもよいことが企図される。例えば、ステップ３９０で紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０のスタックを補充することに関連して上記した同じ技術を使用して、元の１つまたは複数の紫外線ハードコートフィルム１２０を付けることができる。
上記の説明は、例示であって、限定ではない。以上の開示を受けて、当業者であれば、本明細書に開示された発明の範囲および技術思想内にある変形を考案することができる。さらに、本明細書に開示される実施形態の様々な特徴は、単独で、または互いに様々な組み合わせで使用することができ、本明細書に記載の特定の組み合わせに限定されることを意図しない。したがって、特許請求の範囲は、例示された実施形態によって限定されるべきではない。
Claims (20)
- 積層体であって、
ポリカーボネート基板と、
前記ポリカーボネート基板上に配置された紫外線ハードコートフィルムと
を備え、前記紫外線ハードコートフィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート（ＰＥＴ）層、前記ＰＥＴ層と前記ポリカーボネート基板との間に介在する接着剤、および前記ポリカーボネート基板と反対側の前記ＰＥＴ層上に配置された外側ハードコートを含み、前記外側ハードコートは、ＵＶ安定剤を含む、
積層体。 - 前記ポリカーボネート基板は、３～８ｍｍの厚さである、請求項１に記載の積層体。
- 前記ＰＥＴ層は、２～６ミルの厚さである、請求項１に記載の積層体。
- 前記外側ハードコートは、２～１０ミクロンの厚さである、請求項１に記載の積層体。
- 前記外側ハードコートは、８Ｈを超えるガウジ鉛筆硬度を有している、請求項１に記載の積層体。
- 前記接着剤は、感圧接着剤である、請求項１に記載の積層体。
- 前記ＰＥＴ層と反対側の前記ポリカーボネート基板上に配置された内側ハードコートをさらに含む、請求項１に記載の積層体。
- 前記内側ハードコートは、６Ｈから８Ｈのガウジ鉛筆硬度を有している、請求項７に記載の積層体。
- 前記紫外線ハードコートフィルムは、前記ポリカーボネート基板上に積層された複数の紫外線ハードコートフィルムのうちの第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルムであり、前記複数の紫外線ハードコートフィルムは、前記第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルム上に配置された第２の紫外線ハードコートフィルムを含み、前記第２の紫外線ハードコートフィルムは、第２のＰＥＴ層、前記第２のＰＥＴ層と前記第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルムとの間に介在する第２の接着剤、および前記第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルムと反対側の前記第２のＰＥＴ層上に配置された第２の外側ハードコートを含み、前記第２の外側ハードコートは、ＵＶ安定剤を含む、請求項１に記載の積層体。
- 前記第１の紫外線ハードコートフィルムの接着剤は、前記第２の接着剤よりも強い、請求項９に記載の積層体。
- 前記積層体は、湾曲した車両ウインドシールドの形状に熱成形されている、請求項１に記載の積層体。
- 方法であって、
ポリエチレンテレフタレート（ＰＥＴ）キャリアの第１面にＵＶ安定化ハードコートを堆積させること、
前記ＰＥＴキャリアの前記第１面と反対側の第２面を接着剤でコーティングすること、
前記接着剤を用いて前記ＰＥＴキャリアの前記第２面をポリカーボネート基板に接着すること
を含む、方法。 - 前記ＰＥＴキャリア、前記ＵＶ安定化ハードコート、および前記接着剤は、紫外線ハードコートフィルムを定義し、前記方法は、前記接着することの前に前記紫外線ハードコートフィルムをロール上に巻回することをさらに含む、請求項１２に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングすることの後に、前記ＰＥＴキャリアの前記第２面に取り外し可能なライナーを付けること、
