Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO DE ESTIMULO POSITIVO MENTAL", refere-se, a aparelho baseado em método de aplicação simultânea da música,, do ritmo e do movimento, gerando sons pertinentes a diversos instrumentos musicais, e que são armazenados em memórias ou placas convencionais de circuitos eletrónicos (8-A), destinando-se o aparelho a produção de efeitos sonoros, para o combate ao estresse, e compreendendo a baqueta eletrónica, confeccionada em material rígido constituída em um corpo cilíndrico em fonna de bastão (1), dotado intema, centralizada e longitudinalmente de um sensor de vibrações preferencialmente do tipo cápsula de eletreto (2), que é revestido por um calço cilíndrico de borracha (3), justaposto internamente no corpo (1), ligando-se o sensor de vibração (2) a uma placa de circuito eletrónico (4), que transmitirá os comandos eletrónicos ao gerador de sons (8), a baqueta é alimentada por uma fonte de energia, corrente continua de uma bateria (7), na extremidade da empunhadura (5) e revestido por um calço interno de borracha (3-A), sendo a mencionada extremidade do corpo (1), envolvida extermamente por uma empunhadura aerada ou de espuma (5), enquanto que a extremidade oposta do corpo (1) é dotada de calço intemo de borracha (3B) e de revestimento externo de borracha (6), ligando-se a baqueta eletrónica em um gerador de sons contido em uma caixa (8) que contém as memórias ou placas de circuitos eletrónicos (8-A) e que são acionadas pela transmissão de comandos eletrónicos, emitidos através de ondas eletromagnéticas, do circuito eletrónico (4), para a caixa do gerador de sons (8), para a placa de circuito eletrónico de recepção (17), sendo os sons previamente escolhidos e transmitidos ao gerador de sons, que os recebe por um conector (9) ligado em um seletor de timbre de som, com o conector (10) lígado nos alto-falantes, utilizando conector (11) ligado na corrente contínua ou conector (12) ligado na corrente altemada 110/22OV, dotando-se o gerador de um fusível de proteção de corrente (13), um interruptor liga/desliga (14), um led de indicação de funcionamento (15) e um transformador de tensão (16), com o seletor de timbre de som contido em uma caixa (20), e que é ligado nas memórias ou placas de circuitos eletrónicos (8-A) do gerador de sons por meio de condutores elétricos conectados em um conector (18) e no conector (9), tendo o menu de teclas (19), com um ou mais timbres de som, e sendo alimentado por uma fonte de energia.
