Abstract
Description
本願は、米国仮特許出願第62/191956号(2015年7月13日出願、名称"MICRO-MOLDED ANAMORPHIC REFLECTOR LENS FOR IMAGE GUIDED THERAPEUTIC/DIAGNOSTIC CATHETERS")および米国仮特許出願第62/191986号(2015年7月13日出願、名称"CARBON DIOXIDE CARTRIDGE FOR BALLOON CATHETER")の優先権を主張するものであり、それぞれ参照により全体として組み込まれる。

Claims (39)
- 光コヒーレンストモグラフィ(OCT)のためのカテーテルシステムであって、
遠位側そして近位側に延びる細長いカテーテル本体と、
細長いカテーテル本体内の光ファイバと、
光ファイバの遠位端に光学的に接続されたレンズアセンブリとを備え、
レンズアセンブリは、光ファイバの遠位端から反対側にあり、遠位端に対してある角度をなす第1表面、および第1表面に対して遠位側の第2表面を有するレンズ本体を含み、第2表面は、反射性材料でコートされ、光ファイバの遠位端から第1表面を通ってレンズ本体に入る光は、第2表面で反射してレンズ本体から出射し、

光ファイバおよびレンズアセンブリは、ターゲットから、そして光ファイバの遠位端と界面媒体との間の参照界面から反射した光放射線のための共通経路を提供するようにともに構成される、カテーテルシステム。 - レンズアセンブリは、アナモフィックレンズアセンブリである請求項1、2または3記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 光ファイバの遠位端および第1表面を接続する界面媒体をさらに備える請求項1または2記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 界面媒体は、エポキシ樹脂である請求項3または5記載のカテーテルシステム。
