Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- 商用車用のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)であって、少なくとも1つのスクリュコンプレッサ(10)と、駆動軸を備えた少なくとも1つのスクリュコンプレッサ駆動装置と、スクリュ駆動軸区分(102)を備えた少なくとも1つの駆動されるスクリュ(16)とを有しており、前記駆動軸と前記スクリュ駆動軸区分(102)とは実質的に同軸である、商用車用のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記駆動軸とスクリュ駆動軸区分(102)との間に、自己調心カップリング(104)が設けられている、請求項1記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記スクリュ駆動軸区分(102)は、第1の軸受区分(106)を有している、請求項1または2記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記第1の軸受区分(106)にラジアル軸受(108)が配置されている、請求項3記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記ラジアル軸受(108)はニードル軸受として形成されている、請求項4記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記ラジアル軸受(108)はインナレースを有していない、請求項4または5記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記ラジアル軸受(108)の転動エレメントは、前記第1の軸受区分(106)の表面に直接接触して転動する、請求項3から6までのいずれか1項記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記駆動されるスクリュ(16)は、前記スクリュ駆動軸区分(102)の他にさらに1つのスクリュ区分(110)と第2の軸受区分(112)とを有しており、前記スクリュ区分(110)は前記スクリュ駆動軸区分(102)と前記第2の軸受区分(112)との間に位置している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記第2の軸受区分(112)には、軸方向力および半径方向力を吸収するための軸受(114)が配置されている、請求項8記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記駆動されるスクリュ(16)に噛み合うスクリュ(18)は、前記駆動されるスクリュ(16)と実質的に同じ軸受装置を有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
