Description

Claims (6)
- 商用車用のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)であって、少なくとも1つのスクリュコンプレッサ(10)と、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)を駆動開ループ制御および/または駆動閉ループ制御するための少なくとも1つの開ループ制御ユニットおよび/または閉ループ制御ユニット(110)とを有しており、前記開ループ制御ユニットおよび/または閉ループ制御ユニット(110)は、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)の停止後、所定の期間の間、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)の再始動が阻止されるように構成され、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)は少なくとも1つの放圧弁(80)を有し、前記放圧弁(80)は、前記期間内で、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)の内部が、大気圧近くの圧力まで、またはほぼ大気圧まで放圧され得るように設計されており、スクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)はさらに、スクリュ(16,18)の出口側において、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)内の空気が最低圧力に達すると空気出口管路(51)へと空気を導くように開放する最低圧力弁(50)と、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)の停止後に前記最低圧力弁(50)をバイパスするバイパス管路(78)とを有し、前記スクリュ(16,18)の入口側において、空気供給通路(32)と空気入口(28)とを有し、前記バイパス管路(78)は前記最低圧力弁(50)の上流に位置し、前記バイパス管路(78)は前記放圧弁(80)につながり、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)の停止後、前記バイパス管路(78)を前記空気入口(28)と接続するように制御される放圧弁(80)を介して、空気が前記空気入口(28)の領域に戻されることによって、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)の内部が、大気圧近くの圧力まで、またはほぼ大気圧まで放圧され得る、商用車用のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記開ループ制御ユニットおよび/または閉ループ制御ユニット(110)は、前記スクリュコンプレッサ(10)の構成部分である、請求項1記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記開ループ制御ユニットおよび/または閉ループ制御ユニット(110)は、前記商用車の空気処理システムの構成部分である、請求項1記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記開ループ制御ユニットおよび/または閉ループ制御ユニット(110)は、前記商用車のエンジン制御装置または車両制御装置の構成部分である、請求項1記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記開ループ制御ユニットおよび/または閉ループ制御ユニット(110)は、別個の開ループ制御ユニットおよび/または閉ループ制御ユニット(110)である、請求項1記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
- 前記期間は、少なくとも約10秒である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のスクリュコンプレッサシステム(100)。
