Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de uma carcaça (20) de um compressor helicoidal (10), sendo que a carcaça (20) apresenta pelo menos um corpo de carcaça (20a) e pelo menos uma tampa de carcaça (20b), que compreende as seguintes etapas: - introduzir assentos de mancal (108, 110) para pelo menos um rotor de rosca (16,18) do compressor helicoidal (10) no corpo de carcaça (20a) e na tampa de carcaça (20b); - introduzir pelo menos um furo roscado (112) para o pelo menos um rotor de rosca (16, 18) do compressor helicoidal (10) no corpo de carcaça (20a); - montar provisoriamente de corpo de carcaça (20a) e tampa de carcaça (20b), sob uso de pelo menos uma ferramenta de alinhamento (100, 102) para garantia do alinhamento do eixo central de rotor de rosca com os eixos centrais dos assentos de mancal (108, 110) e do furo roscado (112, 114); e - introduzir pelo menos uma abertura de inserção de pino (104) tanto no corpo de carcaça (20a) como também na tampa de carcaça (20b), com pelo menos um processo de produção em comum. além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a uma carcaça (20) de um compressor helicoidal (10), bem como a um compressor helicoidal (10).
