Abstract
【解決手段】ガラス板加工装置1は、ガラス板5に切線を形成する加工ポジションとしての切断部2と、ガラス板5の周縁を研削する加工ポジションとしての研削部3と、切断部2及び研削部3間の加工ポジションとしての折割部4と、ガラス板5を搬送するガラス板搬送部6とに加えて、切断部2への搬入側に配設されているガラス板の搬入部としての入込みコンベア7と、研削部3からの搬出側に配設されているガラス板の搬出部としての取出しコンベア8とを具備している。ガラス板搬送部6の搬送シャトル80に設けられた昇降装置91は、スライダークランク機構99を具備し、昇降モータにより駆動され吸着パッド90を昇降させるガラス板加工装置1。

Claims (4)
- 加工を施すべきガラス板を支持するガラス板支持部を有していると共に互いに間隔をもって配設された少なくとも二つの加工ポジションと、この少なくとも二つの加工ポジションのうちの一方の加工ポジションのガラス板支持部から当該少なくとも二つの加工ポジションのうちの他方の加工ポジションのガラス板支持部へガラス板を搬送する搬送装置とを具備しており、この搬送装置は、一方及び他方の加工ポジションのガラス板支持部間において往復移動する搬送シャトルと、この搬送シャトルに昇降装置を介して取付けられた吸着パットとを具備しており、搬送シャトルの往復移動、昇降装置による吸着パットの昇降並びに吸着パットのガラス板に対する吸着及び吸着解除によって一方の加工ポジションから他方の加工ポジションへガラス板を搬送するようにしたガラス板加工装置において、昇降装置がクランク軸とスライダーとを有したスライダークランク機構を具備しており、クランク軸は、搬送シャトルに取付けられた昇降モータに連結されており、吸着パットは、スライダーに取付けられていると共に昇降モータの作動により昇降させられるようになっているガラス板加工装置。
- 昇降モータは、数値制御されるサーボモータである請求項1に記載のガラス板加工装置。
- 搬送装置は、搬送シャトルを往復移動させる搬送制御モータを具備しており、昇降モータと搬送制御モータとを同時制御することにより、一方の加工ポジションから他方の加工ポジションへのガラス板の搬送移動において、昇降装置及び吸着パットをしてガラス板を上昇させ、当該ガラス板の渡しを行う他方の加工ポジションに近づくにつれて、昇降装置をして当該ガラス板を徐々に降下させるようになっている請求項1又は2に記載のガラス板加工装置。
- 一方の加工ポジションがガラス板の面に切線を形成すると共にこの切線の通りにガラス板を折割する切断及び折割部であり、他方の加工ポジションがガラス板の周縁を研削する研削部である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板加工装置。
