Abstract

Description
本願は、米国仮特許出願第61/489,183号(2012年5月23日出願、名称「RETRIEVAL SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USE THEROF」)および米国仮特許出願第61/489,254号(2012年5月24日出願、名称「STENT RETRIEVER WITH INTEGRATED PROTECTION」)についての非仮特許出願であり、これらの出願の各々の全体が参照することによって援用される。
本明細書に説明されるデバイスは、身体から障害物を回収するように意図される。そのようなデバイスは、身体内腔内で障害物を並進および/または流動化させることができる捕捉部分を提供することによって、身体内腔内の妨害物を取り除き、血管系等の受動的保護を提供することを含め、身体全体を通して適用性を有する。
