背景技术

发明内容

图6A-图6B示出了根据公开的发明的另一实施方式构造的栓子切除设备的附接结构。附接结构300包括具有近端部分(未示出)和远端部分344的细长支撑构件340;远端部分344包括远端耦接器345。如图6A至图6B以及图7所示,远端耦接器345在远离设备512的近端514设置的位置处耦接到栓子切除设备512。在近端部分514处,栓子切除设备512包括从支柱524延伸的多个细长支柱542。此外,多个延伸支柱542可以耦接到柔性支撑框架544(图7、图8A至图8B)。
应该理解,当提及远端耦接器345(即,间接附接)时,耦接器345的合适特征、配置和效果还可以应用于附接到细长支撑构件340的栓子切除设备512的一个或多个支柱524(即,直接附接)。细长支撑构件340的远端耦接器345在设备512的一个或多个支柱524处耦接至栓子切除设备512。此外,细长支撑构件340的远端部分344可以沿着远端部分344的长度L4可滑动地耦接到一个或多个支柱524(图6A)。即使一个或多个支柱524沿着细长支撑构件340的远端344的长度L4被耦接,耦接器345被配置为将更大百分比或大部分的撤回力131传递到其中耦接器345耦接到栓子切除设备512的位置,如图6B所示。以这种方式,当图6A至图6B的栓子切除设备512经受撤回力131和/或阻力138时,上述不期望的压缩的锥形轮廓和/或减小的有效长度(图3C至图4)将在设备512中避免和/或基本上最小化。
图7示出了根据图6A至图6B的实施方式构造的栓子切除设备的附接结构。附接结构300包括细长支撑构件340,例如推进线、柔性线等。细长支撑构件340包括近端部分(未示出)和远端部分344,远端部分344包括远端耦接器345,以及固定地耦接到细长支撑构件340的近端缓冲器347。栓子切除设备512在远端耦接器345处耦接到细长支撑构件340。
栓子切除设备512包括近端部分514、主体部分516和远端部分518,主体部分516包括多个纵向波形元件(例如,线、支柱),其中相邻波形元件彼此为异相的并且以一种方式连接以形成在设备512的相应近端514和远端518部分之间延伸的多个对角设置的单元结构526。设备512的近端部分514可以包括漏斗状、圆锥形或其它合适的配置。
在近端部分514处,栓子切除设备512包括耦接到多个延伸支柱542的环形构件540(例如,连接器环、带、连接件等)。多个延伸支柱542可以耦接到柔性支撑框架544。框架544可以包括圆形、椭圆形或其它合适的配置。也被称为连接器环540的环形构件包括内腔541,细长支撑构件340延伸通过该内腔,使得环形构件540可滑动地设置并相对于细长支撑构件340轴向平移。环形构件540相对于构件340的缓冲器347近端地设置。环形构件540被配置为接合缓冲器347,如下面进一步详细描述的。环形构件540可以包括不透射线标记,由不透射线材料层构成或涂覆有不透射线材料层。环形构件540、延伸支柱542和框架544可以由整体组件(例如,圆柱形结构或片材的激光切割、3D印刷、挤出等)形成,还可以包括焊接、粘结或以其它方式彼此接合的单独组件。
细长支撑构件340从设备512向近端延伸并且被配置为通过管套、导管和/或患者的脉管系统推进和撤回栓子切除设备512进入血管中的靶部位。细长支撑构件340的远端耦接器345例如通过粘合剂、热粘合、焊接等或其组合或者通过任何其它合适的方法耦接到栓子切除设备512。如图7所示,耦接器345在栓子切除设备512的一个或多个支柱524处以及远离设备512的近端520设置的位置处耦接至设备512。只要耦接器345没有设置在设备512的近端520处,则耦接器345可以在近端部分514处或在516中耦接到栓子切除设备512。
图8A至图8B示出了具有递送导管的根据图6A至图6B和图7的实施方式构造的栓子切除设备的附接结构的界面。栓子切除设备512包括递送配置(图8A),其中设备512由递送导管80径向压缩。栓子切除设备512包括当设备512相对于导管80向远端推进或者导管80相对于栓子切除设备512(或每个的一些)向近端撤回时的展开配置(图8B),为了将设备512展开离开导管80的远端开口84并进入血管中,允许不再径向约束的栓子切除设备512径向扩张至血管内的预定直径。
在某些情况下,在捕获栓塞性障碍物之前或之后,应将栓子切除设备512重新套入递送导管80中以重新布置和/或撤回设备。如图8B所示,当通过细长构件340施加撤回力131时,耦接器345被配置为将更大百分比的撤回力131传递到其中耦接器345固定到栓子切除设备512的位置。撤回细长构件340还导致缓冲器347接合设备的环形构件540,将延伸支柱542引导到导管80的远端开口84中以重新套入、取回或撤回栓子切除设备512。由于大部分撤回力131在耦接处(即,直接施加到一个或多个支柱524或通过耦接器345间接地)施加到栓子切除设备512,因此当撤回图6A至图8B的栓子切除设备512时,上述不期望的压缩锥形轮廓和/或减小的有效长度(图3C至图4)将在设备512中被避免和/或基本上最小化,防止捕获的栓塞性障碍物从栓子切除设备512(未示出)脱离,如上面结合图4所描述的。
应该理解,图5至图8B中描绘的附接结构可用于其它合适的医疗设备中,例如设置在用于血管和非血管应用的管状假体、植入物、支架、流体分流器等中。
尽管已经示出和描述了实施方式,但可以在不脱离本文公开的发明构思的范围的情况下进行各种修改。因此,除非在下面的权利要求中限定,否则本发明不应该受到限制。

Claims (11)

1.一种栓子切除设备(112、512),包括:
凝块接合结构,包括多个互连的支柱(124、524),多个互连的所述支柱形成开口单元结构,所述开口单元结构包括多个对角设置的单元结构(126、526),凝块接合结构具有近端部分(114、514)、主体部分(116、516)和远端部分(118、518),所述凝块接合结构的所述近端部分终止于近端(120、520)处;和
附接结构(200、300),配置为使所述凝块接合结构分别前进离开靶血管(70)内的递送导管(80)的远端开口(84)以及收缩返回到所述递送导管的远端开口中,所述附接结构(200、300)包括附接至所述凝块接合结构的一个或多个所述支柱(124、524)的细长支撑构件(240、340),
其中,所述细长支撑构件(240、340)仅在一些位置处附接至所述凝块接合结构的一个或多个所述支柱(124、524),所述位置位于相应的一个或多个所述支柱(124、524)的每一个上并且远离所述凝块接合结构的近端(120、520)并且处于所述近端部分(114、514)与所述主体部分(116、516)之间,使得在缩回时撤回力被施加到远离所述凝块接合结构的近端部分(114、514)的所述位置(116、118)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的栓子切除设备(112、512),其中,与所述细长支撑构件(240、340)附接的所述支柱(124、524)包括多个支柱(124、524)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的栓子切除设备(112、512),其中,所述细长支撑构件(240、340)包括柔性线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的栓子切除设备(112、512),其中,所述凝块接合结构的一个或多个所述支柱(124、524)被直接附接到所述细长支撑构件(240、340)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的栓子切除设备(112、512),其中,所述附接结构还包括连接到所述细长支撑构件(240、340)的远端耦接器(245、345),其中,所述凝块接合结构的一个或多个所述支柱(124、524)被附接到所述远端耦接器(245、345)并且由此间接附接到所述细长支撑构件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的栓子切除设备(112、512),所述凝块接合结构具有一轴向长度,附接至所述细长支撑构件(240、340)的任一所述支柱(124、524)的最近附接位置处于所述凝块接合结构的所述轴向长度的至少20%的远侧处。
7.根据权利要求6所述的栓子切除设备(112、512),其中,附接至所述细长支撑构件(240、340)的所述凝块接合结构的任一所述支柱(124、524)的最近附接点的位置处于或大致处于所述凝块接合结构的所述轴向长度的中点处。
8.根据权利要求1所述的栓子切除设备(512),其中,限定所述凝块接合结构的近端的多个所述支柱连接至具有内腔(541)的近端连接器环(540),所述细长支撑构件(340)延伸穿过所述内腔。
9.根据权利要求8所述的栓子切除设备(112、512),其中,所述近端连接器环(540)包括不透射线的标记,或者,所述近端连接器环耦接至不透射线的标记。
10.根据权利要求8所述的栓子切除设备(112、512),其中,所述细长支撑构件(340)相对于所述近端连接器环(540)能平移,所述附接结构(300)进一步包括缓冲器(347),所述缓冲器固定地附接到所述细长支撑构件(340)并位于所述近端连接器环(540)的远侧,使得所述缓冲器(347)防止所述细长支撑构件(340)相对于所述凝块接合结构在近端方向上平移超出一相对位置,在所述相对位置中,所述缓冲器(347)接合所述近端连接器环(540)。
11.根据权利要求1所述的栓子切除设备(112、512),其中,来自所述细长支撑构件(240、340)的所述撤回力不会使所述单元结构(126、526)塌陷和/或不会缩小所述凝块接合结构的轮廓。
