Description
図1は、一実施形態に係るモニタ装置20が適用された光照射装置1Aを示す概略図である。図1に示す光照射装置1Aは、血管内にレーザパルス光L1を照射する装置であり、例えば急性期脳塞栓症等の治療に利用される。光照射装置1Aは、治療用レーザ光源3と、モニタ用レーザ光源5(光源、光出力部)と、光ファイバ7と、結合光学系10と、光検出器(光検出部)8と、解析部9と、を備えている。なお、本実施形態では、モニタ用レーザ光源5と、光検出器8と、解析部9と、結合光学系10の一部とによって、モニタ装置20が構成されている。
本実施形態に係る光照射装置1Bでは、治療用レーザ光源3によって照射されるレーザパルス光L1がモニタ光L2としても使用されている点で第1実施形態の光照射装置1Aと相違している。以下、主として第1実施形態と相違する点について説明し、同一の要素や部材については同一の符号を付して詳しい説明を省略する。
Claims (10)
- 血管内の血栓にパルス光を照射する装置に用いられるモニタ装置であって、
前記血管内に照射されるモニタ光を出力する光出力部と、
前記モニタ光の戻り光を検出し、検出信号を出力する光検出部と、
前記検出信号に基づいて前記戻り光の強度の時間変化である時間波形を取得する解析部と、を備え、
前記解析部は、前記時間波形に基づいてパラメータを求め、当該パラメータに基づいて、前記パルス光の照射に伴う前記血管内の反応を評価し、
前記パラメータは、前記時間波形の波形面積を含む、モニタ装置。 - 前記パラメータは、前記時間波形における収束時間、前記時間波形におけるピーク時間、前記時間波形におけるピーク強度、前記時間波形における波形パターン、及び、前記時間波形におけるピークの有無のうちの少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のモニタ装置。
- 前記モニタ光は、連続波光である、請求項1又は2に記載のモニタ装置。
- 前記モニタ光の波長は、600nm乃至1300nmである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ装置。
- 前記パルス光は、前記モニタ光を兼ねている、請求項1又は2に記載のモニタ装置。
- 血管内の血栓にパルス光を照射する装置に用いられるモニタ装置の作動方法であって、
前記モニタ装置が、前記血管内に照射されるモニタ光を出力する出力工程と、
前記モニタ装置が、前記モニタ光の戻り光を、光検出部により検出し、検出信号を出力する光検出工程と、
前記モニタ装置が、前記検出信号に基づいて前記戻り光の強度の時間変化である時間波形を取得する解析工程と、を備え、
前記解析工程では、前記時間波形に基づいてパラメータを求め、当該パラメータに基づいて、前記パルス光の照射に伴う前記血管内の反応を評価し、
前記パラメータは、前記時間波形の波形面積を含む、モニタ装置の作動方法。 - 前記パラメータは、前記時間波形における収束時間、前記時間波形におけるピーク時間、前記時間波形におけるピーク強度、前記時間波形における波形パターン、及び、前記時間波形におけるピークの有無のうちの少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項6に記載のモニタ装置の作動方法。
- 前記モニタ光は、連続波光である、請求項6又は7に記載のモニタ装置の作動方法。
- 前記モニタ光の波長は、600nm乃至1300nmである、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ装置の作動方法。
- 前記パルス光は、前記モニタ光を兼ねている、請求項6又は7に記載のモニタ装置の作動方法。
