Claims (31)

- 前記タキサンがパクリタキセルである、請求項1または2に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ヌクレオシド類似体がゲムシタビンである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記担体タンパク質がアルブミンである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記アルブミンがヒト血清アルブミンである、請求項5に記載の組み合わせ物。
- ナノ粒子組成物中の前記担体タンパク質と前記タキサンとの重量比が、1:1から18:1である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- ナノ粒子組成物中の前記担体タンパク質と前記タキサンとの重量比が、2:1から15:1である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- ナノ粒子組成物中の前記担体タンパク質と前記タキサンとの重量比が、4:1から15:1である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- ナノ粒子組成物中の前記担体タンパク質と前記タキサンとの重量比が、9:1未満である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ナノ粒子組成物中の前記ナノ粒子の平均直径が200nm以下である、請求項1〜10に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ナノ粒子組成物および前記ヌクレオシド類似体が前記個体に逐次投与される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ナノ粒子組成物および前記ヌクレオシド類似体が併用的に投与される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ナノ粒子組成物および前記ヌクレオシド類似体が同時に投与される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ヌクレオシド類似体の投与前位に、前記ナノ粒子組成物が投与される、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ナノ粒子組成物および前記ヌクレオシド類似体が前記個体に4週間のうち3週間投与される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ナノ粒子組成物および前記ヌクレオシド類似体が両方、前記個体に週毎に投与される、請求項1〜15に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ヌクレオシド類似体が週に1回未満の頻度で投与される、請求項1〜16に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ヌクレオシド類似体が2週間に1回投与される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ナノ粒子組成物の各投与間の間隔が1週間未満である、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ナノ粒子組成物および前記ヌクレオシド類似体の量が前記個体の腫瘍のサイズを低減させるのに有効である、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記タキサンが30〜300mg/m 2 の用量で投与される、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記タキサンが50〜250mg/m 2 の用量で投与される、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記タキサンが100〜150mg/m 2 の用量で投与される、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ヌクレオシド類似体が1000〜2000mg/m 2 の用量で投与される、請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記増殖性疾患が癌である、請求項1〜25のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記癌が膵癌である、請求項26に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記膵癌が転移性膵癌である、請求項27に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記膵癌が進行性膵癌である、請求項27に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ナノ粒子組成物が、静脈内投与されるために安定している、請求項1〜29のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
- 前記ナノ粒子組成物が滅菌濾過が可能である、請求項1〜30のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせ物。
