Claims (6)

  1. 子の表面に酸化グラフェンを形成し、
    窒素を含む雰囲気で前記酸化グラフェンに熱処理を行うことで、前記酸化グラフェンを還元してグラフェンとするとともに、前記グラフェンに窒素を添加し、
    窒素が添加された前記グラフェンは、炭素原子と結合する窒素原子による空孔を有することを特徴とする蓄電装置の電極の作製方法。
  2. 請求項1において、
    前記窒素を含む雰囲気は、アンモニアを含むことを特徴とする蓄電装置の電極の作製方法。
  3. 粒子と酸化グラフェンとを有する混合物を形成し、
    前記混合物に熱処理を行うことで、前記酸化グラフェンを還元してグラフェンにし、
    前記熱処理の後に、前記グラフェンに窒素を添加し、
    窒素が添加された前記グラフェンは、炭素原子と結合する窒素原子による空孔を有することを特徴とする蓄電装置の電極の作製方法。
  4. 請求項3において、
    前記熱処理は、真空中または不活性ガスの雰囲気で行われることを特徴とする蓄電装置の電極の作製方法。
  5. 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一において、
    窒素が添加された前記グラフェンに対する前記窒素の濃度は、0.4原子%以上40原子%以下であることを特徴とする蓄電装置の電極の作製方法。
  6. 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一において、
    前記空孔は、9員環以上の多員環であることを特徴とする蓄電装置の電極の作製方法。
