Claims (6)
- 液体の有機化合物、または有機化合物を含む液体に、リチウム金属リン酸塩化合物粒子を混合し、
前記液体と電離用ガスとの界面にプラズマを発生させて、前記有機化合物を分解し、前記リチウム金属リン酸塩化合物粒子の表面にカーボンナノ構造体を成膜する、
ことを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池の正極材の製造方法。 - 前記プラズマは、前記液体と前記電離用ガスとを挟むようにして一対の電極を配置し、前記一対の電極間に電圧を印加することで発生させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の正極材の製造方法。
- 液体の有機化合物または有機化合物を含む液体と、電離用ガスとを挟むようにして一対の電極を配置し、
前記一対の電極間に電圧を印加することで、前記液体と前記電離用ガスとの界面にプラズマを発生させ、
前記液体にリチウム金属リン酸塩化合物粒子を混合させた混合物を、前記プラズマ中に滴下させることで、前記有機化合物を分解し、前記リチウム金属リン酸塩化合物粒子の表面にカーボンナノ構造体を成膜する、
ことを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池の正極材の製造方法。 - 前記一対の電極のうち、前記電離用ガス中に配置される液外電極は、中空部を有する筒状であり、前記液外電極の中空部に前記混合物を供給して、前記混合物を滴下させる、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の正極材の製造方法。
- 前記リチウム金属リン酸塩化合物粒子は、リチウム鉄リン酸粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の正極材の製造方法。
- 前記有機化合物は、メタノール、エタノール、1−プロパノール、または2−プロパノールであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の正極材の製造方法。
