Description
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様に係る電極、及び当該電極の作製方法について図面を参照して説明する。
次に、本発明の一態様に係る電極100の作製方法について説明する。
本実施の形態は、実施の形態1で説明した電極とは一部異なる本発明の一態様に係る電極について図面を参照して説明する。
第1の領域113は、複数のウィスカー状の活物質の各々を被覆している。詳細には、第1の領域113は、領域107bの突出している活物質の表面だけではなく、領域107aの表面も被覆している。また、第1の領域113の厚さは全ての範囲において一定ではなく、ばらつきを有してもよい。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様に係る蓄電装置について説明する。
本発明の一態様に係る蓄電装置は、電力により駆動する様々な電気機器の電源として用いることができる。

Claims (6)
- 導電層と、
前記導電層上に設けられた活物質層を備え、
前記活物質層は、グラフェンと複数のウィスカー状の活物質とを有し、
前記グラフェンは、前記複数のウィスカー状の活物質の表面部に着接され、前記活物質層の一部に空隙を有するように設けられ、
前記複数のウィスカー状の活物質の材料は、シリコンであることを特徴とする蓄電装置用の電極。 - 導電層と、
前記導電層上に設けられた活物質層を備え、
前記活物質層は、グラフェンと複数のウィスカー状の活物質とを有し、
前記グラフェンは、前記複数のウィスカー状の活物質の表面部に着接され、前記複数のウィスカー状の活物質を被覆するように設けられ、
前記複数のウィスカー状の活物質の材料は、シリコンであることを特徴とする蓄電装置用の電極。 - 請求項2において、
前記活物質層の平面視は、前記グラフェンが前記複数のウィスカー状の活物質上に、連続的に広がって設けられていることを特徴とする蓄電装置用の電極。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一において、
前記複数のウィスカー状の活物質は、少なくとも芯と、前記芯を覆って設けられた外殻と、を有し、
前記芯は、結晶性を有する構造であり、
前記外殻は、非晶質構造であることを特徴とする蓄電装置用の電極。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一において、
前記導電層の材料は、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、バナジウム、ニオブ、タンタル、クロム、モリブデン、タングステン、コバルト、又はニッケルであることを特徴とする蓄電装置用の電極。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一に記載の電極を搭載した蓄電装置。
