Description
なお、軸1に油穴が開いていても、この油穴から強制的に給油しなければ、前記同様に、軸受3が密封された状態となることがある。
軸受の軸方向幅が外輪相当部品の軸方向幅よりも広ければ、例えば外輪相当部品の両側にスラストワッシャが配置されている場合、外輪相当部品の片方の幅面にスラストワッシャが密着したとしても、軸受が邪魔をして、外輪相当部品のもう片方の幅面にスラストワッシャが密着することはない。そのため、常に少なくとも片方のスラストワッシャと外輪相当部品間に隙間が生じた状態とすることができる。
スラストワッシャが設けられているため、軸受が保持器付きころであっても、スラスト荷重を受けることができる。また、転動体がころである場合に、この発明の隙間形成手段を設けたことによる異物滞留防止の効果がより効果的に得られる。
なお、ころは円筒ころであっても良く、針状ころ、棒状ころであっても良い。
この構成とすると、軸受の軸方向幅が外輪相当部品の軸方向幅よりも狭くても、スラストワッシャに突出部を設けることで、軸受の軸方向幅を外輪相当部品の軸方向幅よりも広くした場合と同じ効果が得られ、常にスラストワッシャと外輪相当部品間に隙間が生じた状態とすることができる。
この構成とすると、軸受の軸方向幅が外輪相当部品の軸方向幅よりも狭くても、軸受とスラストワッシャとの間に間座を介在させることで、軸受の軸方向幅を外輪相当部品の軸方向幅よりも広くした場合と同じ効果が得られ、常にスラストワッシャと外輪相当部品間に隙間が生じた状態とすることができる。
この構成とすると、軸受の軸方向幅が外輪相当部品の軸方向幅よりも狭くても、スラストワッシャを前記断面形状とすることで、外輪相当部品にスラストワッシャが密着することが防げ、常にスラストワッシャと外輪相当部品間に隙間が生じた状態とすることができる。
図1は、この発明の第1の実施形態を示す。この軸受構造体は、例えば油圧ショベルの遊星減速機において、横向きの軸1に対して遊星ギアからなる外輪相当部品2を回転自在に支持するために用いられる。軸受構造体は、軸受3と、この軸受3の軸方向両側に配置されたスラストワッシャ4とで構成されている。
この例のように、軸受3の両側に2つのスラストワッシャ4設けられている場合、前記隙間形成手段10は、2つのスラストワッシャ4のうち少なくとも片方のスラストワッシャ4と外輪相当部品2間に隙間11を生じさせる手段であると言える。
なお、図2、図3では、転動体5の転動面5aと軸1の軌道面1aの間、および転動体5の転動面5aと外輪相当部品5の軌道面5aの間に隙間を開けて図示しているが、実際には、転動体5の転動面5aと軸1の軌道面1a、および転動体5の転動面5aと外輪相当部品5の軌道面5aは互いに接触している。

Claims (6)
- 円周方向に並ぶ複数の転動体と、これら複数の転動体を保持する環状の保持器とからなる単列または複列の軸受の外周に、前記転動体が転走する環状の軌道面を有する外輪相当部品が配置され、前記軸受とこの軸受に対して軸方向に離れて位置する固定部材との間に軸方向に移動自在にスラストワッシャが介在する軸受構造体において、
前記スラストワッシャと前記外輪相当部品間に常に隙間を生じさせる隙間形成手段を設けたことを特徴とする軸受構造体。 - 請求項1に記載の軸受構造体において、前記隙間形成手段として、前記軸受の軸方向幅を前記外輪相当部品の軸方向幅よりも広くした軸受構造体。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の軸受構造体において、前記軸受は保持器付きころである軸受構造体。
- 請求項1に記載の軸受構造体において、前記隙間形成手段として、前記スラストワッシャにおける前記軸受に対向する径方向部分に前記軸受側に突出した突出部を設けた軸受構造体。
- 請求項1に記載の軸受構造体において、前記隙間形成手段として、前記軸受と前記スラストワッシャとの間に間座を介在させた軸受構造体。
- 請求項1に記載の軸受構造体において、前記隙間形成手段として、前記スラストワッシャを、外径側へ行くほど前記外輪相当部品からの軸方向距離が長い断面形状とした軸受構造体。
