Abstract
【解決手段】 外方部材3と内方部材5との間に、ころ6と保持器7とを組み込んだ状態において、ころ6の外周面に、保持器7の柱部9に設けた、ころ6の脱落防止用の内側突起部11及び外側突起部12が常に接触しないように、外輪軌道2の径と、内輪軌道4の径、保持器7の内外径と、柱部9の内側突起部11及び外側突起部12との位置並びに寸法関係を規定することにより、ころ6の外周面と保持器7の柱部9との間に形成される隙間を潤滑油がスムーズに流通するようにした。

ころ軸受1は、内周面に円筒形の外輪軌道2を有する外方部材3と、外周面に円筒形の内輪軌道4を有する内方部材5と、これら外輪軌道2と内輪軌道4との間に転動自在に設けた複数のころ6とからなる。

Claims (10)
- 内周面に円筒形の外輪軌道を有する外方部材と、外周面に円筒形の内輪軌道を有する内方部材と、これら外輪軌道と内輪軌道との間に転動自在に設けた複数のころと、このころ周方向に所定間隔で保持する保持器とからなり、保持器が、ころを収容するポケットを周方向に所定間隔で形成した全体が円筒状で、周方向に隣り合う各ポケット間に柱部と、この柱部の軸方向の両側に円環部を備え、柱部の軸方向両側の内径側と外径側とに、ころの抜け落ちを防止する内側突起部と外側突起部を設けたころ軸受において、外輪軌道径と、内輪軌道径と、保持器の内外径と、柱部の内側突起部及び外側突起部との位置並びに寸法関係を、外輪軌道径と内輪軌道径の間にころと保持器とを組み込んだ状態において、ころの外周面と、柱部に設けた内側突起部及び外側突起部とが非接触状態となるように規定したことを特徴とするころ軸受。
- 前記外輪軌道径をA、保持器の外径寸法をB、内輪軌道径をF、保持器内径寸法をG、ころをポケットの中央に位置させた状態でころと柱部との周方向隙間をL、L=0の時の外側突起部ところの最小隙間をD、内側突起部ところの最小隙間をEとした時に、下記式を満足する請求項1記載のころ軸受。
A−B=C、G−F=H、D>C、E>C、C≠0、H≠0 - 前記外輪軌道と保持器の外径との間に形成される外側油路の隙間間隔よりも、内輪軌道と保持器の内径との間に形成される内側油路の隙間間隔を大きく設定している請求項1又は2記載のころ軸受。
- 前記保持器の材料が樹脂材料である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のころ軸受。
- 前記保持器の材料が鉄製材料である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のころ軸受。
- 前記樹脂材料がポリアミド66又はポリアミド46である請求項4に記載のころ軸受。
- 前記樹脂材料がポリエーテルエーテルケトン又はポリフェニレンサルファイドである請求項4に記載のころ軸受。
- 前記樹脂材料を、グラスファイバーにより繊維強化している請求項6又は7に記載のころ軸受。
- 前記請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のころ軸受を使用した遊星歯車減速装置。
- 前記外方部材を遊星歯車、内方部材を支持ピンとした請求項9記載の遊星歯車減速装置。
