Claims (1)
- 遊星歯車の外輪軌道と支持ピンの内輪軌道との間に転動自在に設けられた複数のころと、
前記ころを収容する複数のポケット及び軸方向に延びて前記ポケットを仕切る柱部を有する樹脂製の保持器と、
前記保持器の前記柱部の内径側及び外径側に、前記ころの抜け落ちを防止する内側突起部と外側突起部とが設けられたころ軸受において、
前記外輪軌道と前記保持器との間の隙間間隔を、前記内輪軌道と前記保持器との間の隙間間隔よりも小さく設定し、
前記ころの外周面と前記内側突起部との間及び前記ころの外周面と前記外側突起部との間に金属摩耗粉が混入する潤滑油が流通するように、前記外輪軌道の径をA、前記保持器の外径寸法をB、前記内輪軌道の径をF、前記保持器の内径寸法をG、前記ころと前記柱部との周方向隙間をLとし、L=0の時の前記外側突起部と前記ころの最小隙間をD、前記内側突起部と前記ころの最小隙間をEとした時に、A−B=C、G−F=H、D>C、E>C、C≠0、H≠0の関係を満足させ、前記ころの外周面と前記内側突起部及び前記外側突起部が常に非接触状態にしたことを特徴とするころ軸受。
