Abstract
【解決手段】複数が一方向に沿って配置され、成形空間を提供する成形型部と、前記成形空間に芯材原料を供給する複数の原料供給部と、前記原料供給部との間に配置され、前記原料供給部によって芯材原料が供給された成形型部が提供されて加圧する加圧成形部と、前記成形型部を移送させる移送部とを含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 複数が互いに離隔されるように配置され、芯材原料を供給する原料供給部と、
複数が一方向に沿って配置され、前記芯材原料が供給されて加圧成形される成形空間を提供する成形型部と、
前記原料供給部の間に配置され、前記芯材原料が供給された成形型部の成形空間を加圧する加圧成形部と、
前記芯材原料を加圧成形した後、前記成形型部を移送させる移送部と、を含むことを特徴とする真空断熱材芯材の製造システム。 - 前記加圧成形部と連結され、加圧成形が完了した芯材を引き受ける搬入部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材芯材の製造システム。
- 前記移送部は、前記成形型部の配列方向に沿って、前記成形型部を往復移送させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材芯材の製造システム。
- 前記成形型部は、
前記成形空間の外側面を閉鎖するフレームと、前記フレームの下側に設けられて前期フレームの内部で上下に運動可能に設けられる下部成形板と、前記下部成形板を加圧する下部加圧部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材芯材の製造システム。 - 前記加圧成形部は、
前記成形型部の上側に設けられ、前記成形空間を加圧する上部成形板と、前記上部成形板と連結され、前記上部成形板を加圧する上部加圧部と、複数が重力方向に沿って前記上部成形板を貫通するように設けられ、前記上部成形板の運動経路をガイドするガイド部材と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材芯材の製造システム。 - 前記原料供給部による芯材原料の供給及び前記加圧成形部による前記成形空間の加圧成形は、同時に行うことを特徴とする請求項1項ないし5項のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱材芯材の製造システム。
- 前記成形型部は、前記原料供給部の個数と前記加圧成形部の個数を合わせた数より1個少なく設けられることを特徴とする請求項1項ないし5項のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱材芯材の製造システム。
- 前記成形型部は、前記成形型部の移送方向に沿って両端部に配置された前記原料供給部のうちいずれか一つにのみ選択的に提供され、
前記原料供給部は、前記のいずれか一つのみが前記成形空間に芯材原料を提供することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の真空断熱材芯材の製造システム。
