Claims (8)
- 向き合う一対の成形板と、芯材が成形される成形空間を外部と閉鎖する成形型を備える成形装置に芯材原料を提供する原料供給段階と、
前記一対の成形板を互いに近接する方向に移動させることにより、前記芯材原料を加圧して芯材を成形する加圧成形段階と、
前記芯材原料を加圧した状態で、前記一対の成形板の離隔距離を一定に維持した状態で前記成形された芯材を前記成形型の外側に移動させる移動段階、および
前記成形された芯材を搬出する搬出段階と、を含み、
前記成形板は、上部成形板及び下部成形板を含み、
前記加圧成形段階は、
前記成形空間の上側が開放された状態で前記下部成形板を前記成形型の上側に移動させる近接段階と、
前記下部成形板が既設定された位置に到達する際、前記上部成形板を下側に移動させて、前記成形空間の上側を閉鎖する閉鎖段階、および
前記下部成形板を既設定された位置より上側に移動させて芯材原料を加圧する加圧段階と、を含むことを特徴とする真空断熱材芯材の成形方法。 - 前記加圧段階で前記上部成形板及び下部成形板との間の離隔距離は、既設定された芯材の厚さより狭い状態で設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形方法。
- 前記上部成形板及び下部成形板との間の離隔距離は、既設定された芯材の厚さの80%ないし97%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形方法。
- 前記移動段階は、前記一対の成形板が同じ方向に沿って同時に移動することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形方法。
- 前記一対の成形板は、同期制御(Synchronized control)されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形方法。
- 前記成形装置は、
前記一対の成形板にそれぞれ連結される加圧部と、前記加圧部を制御して前記一対の成形板を同期制御(Synchronized control)する制御部とを、さらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形方法。 - 前記加圧部は、サーボ制御システム(Servo-control system)の油圧シリンダで作動することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形方法。
- 前記加圧部は、サーボモータ(Servo-motor)及びボールねじ(Ball Screw)うち一つ以上の装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形方法。
