Abstract
【解決手段】芯材が成形される成形空間を形成するように互いに離隔して向き合う一対に設けられ、芯材にパターンを転写するパターン部及び厚さ方向に沿って貫通する排気孔が形成される成形板と、前記成形空間を外部と閉鎖する成形型と、前記一対の成形板のうち少なくともいずれかを加圧する加圧部とを含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (17)
- 芯材が成形される成形空間を形成するように互いに離隔されて向き合う一対に設けられる成形板と、
前記成形空間を外部と閉鎖する成形型と、
前記一対の成形板のうち少なくとも一つを加圧する加圧部とを含み、
前記一対の成形板のうち少なくとも一つには、
前記成形空間に向かう第1面に設けられ、芯材の外面上にパターンを転写するパターン部、および
前記第1面から前記第1面の反対面である第2面に向かう厚さ方向に沿って前記成形板を貫通する排気孔が形成されることを特徴とする真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。 - 前記排気孔は、前記第2面側が前記第1面側より大きく形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。
- 前記成形板は、前記第1面の断面積が前記第2面の断面積より大きく設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。
- 前記パターン部は、前記第1面から突出する突出部及び前記第1面の内側に陥没する陥没部が繰り返して配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。
- 前記突出部の高さまたは前記陥没部の深さは、0.02mmないし0.5mmに設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。
- 前記成形板は、前記成形板に芯材原料が付着することを防止するコーティング部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。
- 前記第1面側の排気孔は、直径が0.2mmないし3mmであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。
- 前記第2面側の排気孔は、直径が2mmないし10mmであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。
- 前記排気孔は、前記第1面から前記第2面に向かう方向に沿って直径が増加する増加区間及び直径が一定に維持される維持区間を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。
- 前記成形板は、1kgf/cm2ないし10kgf/cm2で加圧されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。
- 前記排気孔は、前記成形板の1m2の単位面積当たり650個ないし3300個が形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。
- 前記排気孔は、前記成形板の1m2の単位面積当たり1200個ないし1800個が形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。
- 前記成形型の上部は開口され、
前記成形板は、
前記成形型の上側に設けられて上下運動することにより、前記成形型を開放したり閉鎖する第1成形板、及び
前記成形型が開放された状態で所定間隔上昇して前記成形型が閉鎖された状態で所定間隔上昇する第2成形板を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。 - 前記成形型は、前記第2成形板に向き合う底面が前記第2成形板より大きく設けられることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の真空断熱材芯材の成形装置。
- 請求項1項ないし14項のいずれか一項に記載された真空断熱材芯材の成形装置を利用して、前記成形板のパターン部を介して外面上にパターンが形成される芯材を含むことを特徴とする真空断熱材。
- 内部が真空の状態で、前記芯材を収容する包装材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記包装材は前記芯材の包装の際、前記パターンを介して前記包装材の内部の空気を流動させることによって前記芯材の外面上に密着することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の真空断熱材。
