Description
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも部分的に固化されたプリフォーム(2)を製造するための、外面が互いに対面する2つの工具半体(1,1’)を有するドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具であって、
前記工具半体(1,1’)の少なくとも一方が、複数のプランジャセグメント(3,3’)を備え、前記プランジャセグメントは昇降運動を行うもので、個々に調整可能且つ個々に移動可能であり、前記プランジャセグメントは前記工具半体(1,1’)の工具面を形成し、好ましくは異なる幅及び/又は奥行を有し、及び/又は、油圧、空気圧又は電動式に動作可能であることを特徴とするドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具。 - 請求項1に記載のドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具であって、
前記プランジャセグメント(3,3’)を備えた少なくとも一方の前記工具半体(1)が、凸状の工具面を備えることを特徴とするドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具であって、
前記ドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具が、個々に調整可能な複数の加熱素子、特にインダクタ及び/又は熱当てノズルを備える少なくとも1つの加熱装置を備え、前記加熱素子は前記工具半体(1,1’)の少なくとも一方の前記工具面内、又はその下に配置され、好ましくは個々の移動可能な前記プランジャセグメント(3,3’)との連係運動で直線的に移動可能であることを特徴とするドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具。 - 請求項1から3の少なくとも一項に記載のドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具であって、
前記ドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具が、ノズル、特に空気ノズルを備える冷却装置を含むことを特徴とするドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具。 - 請求項1から4の少なくとも一項に記載のドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具であって、
前記ドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具が、固定作業ステーションを形成し、又は制御可能に移動するロボット装置の一部として配置されることを特徴とするドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具。 - 請求項1から5の少なくとも一項に記載のドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具であって、
前記ドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具がマトリックス形成プラスチック系用の射出手段を含むことを特徴とするドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具。 - 請求項1から6の少なくとも一項に記載のドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具であって、
前記ドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具が、プランジャセグメント(3,3’)なしで実施される複数の下部工具半体(1’)を含み、前記工具半体(1’)が、
前記ドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具内に、且つその外側に移動可能であり、及び/又は、
異なる形状を成形する工具面を備えることを特徴とするドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具。 - 請求項1から7の少なくとも一項に記載のドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具を使用して成形され、少なくとも部分的に固化されたプリフォーム(2)を製造する方法であって、
−前記ドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具内の前記工具半体(1,1’)の間に結合材を含む繊維層を配置するステップであって、前記2つの工具半体(1,1’)のうちの少なくとも1つの工具半体(1,1’)が、昇降運動を行う、個々に調整可能且つ個々に移動可能なプランジャセグメント(3,3’)を備えるステップと、
−前記プランジャセグメント(3,3’)を調整し、前記プランジャセグメント(3,3‘)を、挿入された前記繊維層の方向に局部的且つ連続的に移動させ、その際に局部的な押圧により前記繊維層をスタックとしてドレープ成形するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法であって、
−少なくとも1つの加熱装置を動作させ、前記プランジャセグメント(3,3’)の移動と連係して、前記繊維層のスタックを少なくとも局部的に加熱し、特に前記繊維層のスタックを前記ドレープ成形の動作に従って前記プランジャセグメント(3,3’)の長手方向に対して横向きに加熱するステップと、
−前記プリフォーム(2)を少なくとも部分的に冷却して又は冷却なしで固化するステップと、を含む方法。 - 請求項1から7の少なくとも一項に記載のドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具を使用してプリフォーム(2)から繊維プラスチック複合部品を製造する方法であって、
−請求項8又は9に記載の方法で前記プリフォーム(2)を製造するステップと、次いで、
−マトリックス形成プラスチック系を射出し、前記閉鎖されたドレープ成形及びプレス成形工具内に残されたプリフォーム(2)に前記マトリックス形成プラスチック系を含浸するステップと、
−前記マトリックス形成プラスチック系の硬化条件を整えるステップであって、特に少なくとも一方の前記工具半体(1,1’)の前記プランジャセグメント(3,3’)によりプレス圧を加えて含浸されたプリフォーム(2)を前記マトリックス形成プラスチック系の硬化温度まで加熱するステップと、
−前記繊維プラスチック複合部品を硬化し、取り出すステップと、を含む方法。
