Abstract
【解決手段】バインダー樹脂と、固体潤滑剤と、両末端又は片末端にエポキシ基を有するエポキシ変性シリコーンオイルとを含む摺動部材用組成物であって、前記バインダー樹脂と前記エポキシ変性シリコーンオイルの重量比が97:3〜75:25であることを特徴とする摺動部材用組成物。

Description
(2)前記バインダー樹脂は、ポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂及びフェノール樹脂から選択される少なくとも1種の樹脂であることを特徴とする、(1)に記載の摺動部材用組成物。
(3)前記固体潤滑剤は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンであることを特徴とする、(1)または(2)に記載の摺動部材用組成物。
(4)(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の摺動部材用組成物から形成される塗膜を、その表面に形成させた摺動部材。
本発明の摺動部材用組成物は、バインダー樹脂と、固体潤滑剤と、両末端又は片末端にエポキシ基を有するエポキシ変性シリコーンオイルとを含む。必要に応じて、各種添加剤を配合する。
シリコーンオイルは、両末端又は片末端にエポキシ基を有している。具体的には、ジメチルポリシロキサンの両末端又は片末端のメチル基を、エポキシ基を含有する官能基で置換したエポキシ変性シリコーンオイルである。エポキシ基を含有する官能基において、官能基として、例えば、アルキル基、エーテルが挙げられる。
バインダー樹脂は、特に限定されないが、例えば、ポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂及びフェノール樹脂等の熱硬化性樹脂が用いられる。これらのバインダー樹脂は単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
固体潤滑剤は、フッ素系樹脂の粒子であることが好ましい。例えば、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、テトラフルオロエチレン−パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体、テトラフルオロエチレン−エチレン共重合体、ポリビニリデンフルオロライド、トリクロロトリフルオロエチレン等が挙げられる。
本発明の摺動部材用組成物は、溶剤を含んでいてもよい。溶剤は、特に限定されないが、N−メチル−2−ピロリドン、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド、キシレン、メチルエチルケトン、メチルイソブチルケトン等が挙げられる。これらの溶剤は単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
本発明の摺動部材用組成物は、必要に応じて、さらに、着色剤、消泡剤、界面活性剤、他の潤滑剤等の添加剤を配合することができる。これらの添加剤は単独で、あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
本発明の摺動部材用組成物は、特に限定されないが、バインダー樹脂と固体潤滑剤とエポキシ変性シリコーンオイルとその他添加剤と溶剤を所定量配合し、ディゾルバー等の攪拌機やボールミル、サンドミル、アジホモミキサー等を適宜組み合わせて混合分散させるのが好ましい。
本発明の摺動部材用組成物を摺動部材に塗布することにより、摺動部材の表面に塗膜を形成させることができる。摺動部材への塗布方法は、特に限定されないが、例えばスプレー法、ディッピング法、フローコート法、ディスペンザー法、スピンコート法が挙げられる。それぞれの塗布方法に応じて、潤滑性塗料組成物の製造時又は塗布前に、溶剤により粘度の調整をすることができる。
バインダー樹脂:ポリアミドイミド(PAI)樹脂 HPC−5012−32(日立化成工業(株)製)
固体潤滑剤:ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE) フルオンL173J(旭硝子(株)製)
シリコーンオイル:下記表1のとおり
溶剤:N−メチル−2−ピロリドンとメチルイソブチルケトンの混合溶剤
[摺動部材用組成物の試験及び評価]
・摩擦摩耗特性
ピンオンディスク型試験機(3ピンタイプ)を用いた。相手材ピンの材質は鉄材(SUJ−2)、大きさはφ5mm×10mmを使用した。ピンもディスク同様、摺動面の粗さを調整した。調整されたディスクの上にピンを乗せ、試験摺動部にセットした。上から荷重200Nを加え、ディスク側を周速2m/sのスピードで回転させた。1回の試験時間を1時間とし、3回繰り返した。試験終了後のディスク摺動面の摩耗深さを摩耗量として評価した。
・表面状態観察
目視及び触指で、焼成後の塗膜表面にオイル成分がブリードアウトしていないかを確認した。
Claims (4)
- バインダー樹脂と、固体潤滑剤と、両末端又は片末端にエポキシ基を有するエポキシ変性シリコーンオイルとを含む摺動部材用組成物であって、前記バインダー樹脂と前記エポキシ変性シリコーンオイルの重量比が97:3〜75:25であることを特徴とする摺動部材用組成物。
- 前記バインダー樹脂は、ポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂及びフェノール樹脂から選択される少なくとも1種の樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の摺動部材用組成物。
- 前記固体潤滑剤は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の摺動部材用組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の摺動部材用組成物から形成される塗膜を、その表面に形成させた摺動部材。
