Abstract
【解決手段】 芯金11の円筒部21の内径は、外輪2にしまり嵌めされる大きさとされている。芯金11の円筒部21の端部内周面21aは、外輪2に嵌合されている部分に比べて大径とされている。弾性シール12は、芯金11の円筒部21の外周面に密着する円筒部32と、これに連なる折り返し部37とを有している。折り返し部37は、芯金11の円筒部21の端部内周面21aと外輪2外周面との間に挟まれて圧縮変形させられている。

Claims (3)
- 外輪、内輪、複数の転動体および両輪端部間の少なくとも一方に設けられた密封装置を備えており、密封装置は、外輪の外周面に嵌合される円筒部を有する芯金と、これに取り付けられた弾性シールとからなる転がり軸受装置において、
芯金の円筒部の内径は、外輪にしまり嵌めされる大きさとされて、該円筒部の端部内周面は、外輪に嵌合されている部分に比べて大径とされており、弾性シールは、芯金の円筒部の外周面に密着する円筒部と、これに連なる折り返し部とを有し、折り返し部は、芯金の円筒部の端部内周面と外輪外周面との間に挟まれて圧縮変形させられていることを特徴とする転がり軸受装置。 - 外輪の芯金の円筒部の端面に対応する位置に、環状溝が形成されており、弾性シールは、該環状溝に嵌め合わされて圧縮変形させられる環状凸部をさらに有していることを特徴とする請求項1の転がり軸受装置。
- 外輪の芯金の円筒部の端部に対応する位置に、環状溝が形成されており、弾性シールの折り返し部は、その先端が環状溝の側面に当接するように環状溝に嵌め合わされて圧縮変形させられていることを特徴とする請求項1の転がり軸受装置。
