Abstract
【解決手段】 パルス状の油圧指令値を複数回に亘って出力し、摩擦締結要素に油圧を供給することで摩擦締結要素内のエア抜きを行なう際、所定の油圧指令値を出力する前に、所定の油圧指令値より低い油圧指令値を出力する。

Description
ソレノイドバルブ2は、図外のパイロット弁により生成されたパイロット圧(一定圧)を元圧とし、自動変速機コントロールユニット4からの油圧指令値(ソレノイド電流:例えば800Hzのデューティ駆動電流)の印加により、コントロール弁3へのソレノイド圧Psolを生成する。
コントロール弁3は、ソレノイドバルブ2からのソレノイド圧Psolを作動信号圧とし、図外のライン圧制御弁からのライン圧Plを元圧とし、摩擦締結要素1への締結要素圧Pcを制御する調圧スプール弁である。このコントロール弁3では、ソレノイド圧Psolが高圧であるほど摩擦締結要素1への締結要素圧Pcを高圧とする油圧制御を行う。
自動変速機コントロールユニット4は、油温センサ、エンジン回転数センサ、スロットルセンサ、タービン回転数センサ、車速センサ、その他センサ・スイッチ類からのセンサ信号やスイッチ信号を入力とし、走行状態に応じてソレノイドバルブ2に油圧指令信号を出力する。
(1)摩擦締結要素1の締結・解放により変速段を達成する自動変速機と、パルス状の油圧指令値を複数回に亘って出力し、摩擦締結要素1に油圧を供給することで、摩擦締結要素1内のエア抜き口5からエア抜きを行なう自動変速機コントロールユニット10のエア抜き制御処理部(エア抜き手段)と、を備えた自動変速機の制御装置において、エア抜き制御処理部は、所定の油圧指令値を出力する前に、前記所定の油圧指令値より低い油圧指令値を出力する。
よって、摩擦締結要素1に締結圧を発生させるシリンダ内に供給された油の動きが抑制され、エアが抜ける前にエア抜き口5に油が詰まるのを抑制できる。このため、最初のエア抜き動作でシリンダ内のエアが抜け、その後、圧力を高くしても、シリンダ内のエアの割合が少なくなっているため、油の動きが抑えられ、エア抜き口5に油が詰まるのを回避してエアを抜くことができる。
すなわち、2回目に供給する際は、1回目で有る程度油が供給されているため、高い油圧指令値を出力したとしても、油がシリンダ室内で攪拌されるようなことがない。また、高い油圧指令値を出力することで、より素早くエア抜きを達成できる。

Claims (4)
- 摩擦締結要素の締結・解放により変速段を達成する自動変速機と、
パルス状の油圧指令値を複数回に亘って出力し、前記摩擦締結要素に油圧を供給することで、前記摩擦締結要素内のエア抜き口からエア抜きを行なうエア抜き手段と、
を備えた自動変速機の制御装置において、
前記エア抜き手段は、所定の油圧指令値を出力する前に、前記所定の油圧指令値より低い油圧指令値を出力することを特徴とする自動変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の自動変速機の制御装置において、
前記エア抜き手段は、1回目に供給する油圧指令値よりも2回目に供給する油圧指令値を高くすることを特徴とする自動変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の自動変速機の制御装置において、
前記エア抜き手段は、油圧指令値を徐々に高くすることを特徴とする自動変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の自動変速機の制御装置において、
前記エア抜き手段は、2回目以降の油圧指令値を一定とすることを特徴とする自動変速機の制御装置。
