Claims (2)
- 타행 주행상태에서의 정지전 변속 제어중에 엔진 토크 저감 제어조건을 만족하는지 판단하는 과정과;엔진 토크 저감 제어조건을 만족하면 정지전 변속 팁인 제어모드로 진입하여 결합측 클러치에 공급되는 유압이 최대 유압으로 공급된 후 제어 듀티압으로 안정되는 시간(△t1)이 종료되었는지를 판단하는 과정과;결합측 클러치 제어 듀티압의 안정 시간(△t1)이 경과되었으면 토크 저감 제어신호를 출력하여 ETC의 제어를 통해 스로틀 밸브의 개도를 제한하는 과정과;스로틀 밸브의 개도 제한에 의한 토크 저감 제어에 따라 차속이 변화되는 시점인 'C' 제어구간 수행 후 설정된 일정시간(△t2)이 경과되었는지를 판단하는 과정과;'C' 제어구간 수행 후 설정된 일정시간(△t2)이 경과되었으면 토크 저감 제어를 제1기울기로 보상하여 'D'구간의 듀티를 제어하는 과정과;'D'구간의 듀티 제어가 완료되면 토크 저감 제어를 제2기울기로 보상하여 'E'구간의 듀티를 제어하는 과정과;'E'구간의 듀티 제어가 완료되면 변속 동기가 완료된 것으로 판단하여 토크 저감 제어를 제3기울기로 보상하여 설정된 일정시간(△t3) 유지하며, 설정된 일정시간(△t3)이 경과되면 엔진의 토크를 정상으로 복귀 제어하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 팁 인 쇼크 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엔진 토크 저감제어조건은 정지전 4속 → 3속 변속이고, 엔진 회전수가 850RPM 이상이며, 스로틀 개도가 5% 이상이고, 냉각수온이 30℃ 이상이며, 결합측 클러치에 대한 유압의 듀티 제어가 변속 요구시점 및 변속동기 완료 구간이 아닌 조건으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 팁 인 쇼크 제어방법.
