Claims (5)
- 惰行走行状態での下向変速制御中のチップ−イン発生時、エンジントルク低減制御条件が満たされたかを判断する過程と、
前記エンジントルク低減制御条件が満たされた場合、ETCの制御を通じてスロットルバルブの開度を制限することによってエンジントルクを制限する過程と、
前記エンジントルク制限を解除する過程と、を含む自動変速機のチップ−インショック低減方法であって、
前記エンジントルク制限を解除する過程は、
前記制限されたスロットルバルブの開度によって車速が変化する第2時点以降、設定された第2期間(△t2)が経過したかを判断する過程と、
前記第2時点以降設定された第2期間(△t2)が経過した場合、結合側デューティ圧のフローティング制御が終了する第3時点まで、トルク制限値を第1傾きで徐々に増加させる第1ランプ制御過程と、
前記第1ランプ制御過程が完了した場合、前記結合側デューティ圧が最終デューティ圧になる第4時点まで、前記トルク制限値を第2傾きで徐々に増加させる第2ランプ制御過程と、
前記第2ランプ制御過程が完了した場合、前記トルク制限値を設定された第3期間(△t3)の間第3傾きで徐々に増加させてトルク制限を解除する過程と、を含むことを特徴とする自動変速機のチップ−インショック低減方法。 - 前記エンジントルクを制限する過程は、
前記エンジントルク低減制御条件が満たされた場合、結合側のクラッチに供給される結合側デューティ圧を最大油圧に許容する第1時点以降、制御デューティ圧に維持される設定された第1期間(△t1)が終了したかを判断する過程と、
前記第1期間(△t1)が終了した場合、ETCの制御を通じてスロットルバルブの開度を制限する過程とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機のチップ−インショック低減方法。 - 前記エンジントルク低減制御条件は、
惰行走行中の4速→3速変速であり、
エンジン回転数が850RPM以上であり、
スロットル開度が5%以上であり、
冷却水温度が30℃以上であり、
結合側クラッチに対する油圧のデューティ制御が、変速開始期間及び変速同期完了期間でない条件に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機のチップ−インショック低減方法。 - 前記第2傾きは前記第1傾きより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機のチップ−インショック低減方法。
- 前記第3傾きは前記第2傾きより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機のチップ−インショック低減方法。
