Abstract
【解決手段】基礎プレート42などの支持部材と、柱51などの結合部材と、を締結する締結具を、支承体11aと緩衝体38aと係留具55などで構成する。支承体11aは、支持部材と結合部材が対向する空間S内の中央に配置され、支持部材に面接触する基本板12と、結合部材に面接触する積載板14と、両板を連結する連結部と、からなる。緩衝体38aは、U字状の板バネなどを用い、支持部材と結合部材が対向する空間S内の外縁に配置され、結合部材などの変位に応じて反力を発生する。係留具55は、結合部材などが木材の場合、その中に埋め込まれて、木材に作用する集中荷重を緩和する。本発明による締結具は、支承体11aで圧縮荷重などを確実に伝達でき、また地震などの際は、緩衝体38aでエネルギーを吸収して部材の破損を防止する。

Claims (4)
- 基礎プレート(42)と柱(51)や、柱(51)と横架材(59)など、隣接する支持部材と結合部材との締結に用い、
支持部材と結合部材が対向する空間(S)内に配置する支承体(11)と、該空間(S)内の外縁近傍に複数配置する緩衝体(38)と、前記支承体(11)および前記緩衝体(38)を固定するため支持部材および結合部材の一方または両方に埋め込む係留具(55、58)と、前記支承体(11)および前記緩衝体(38)を固定するためのボルト(54)と、を備え、
前記支承体(11)は、支持部材に面接触する基本板(12)と、結合部材に面接触する積載板(14)と、前記空間(S)の略中央で基本板(12)と積載板(14)を連結する連結部と、からなり、
前記緩衝体(38)は、前記空間(S)の変位に応じて反力を発生する弾性を有しており、その一端は基本板(12)または支持部材内の係留具(55、58)のいずれかに固定して、他端は積載板(14)または結合部材内の係留具(55、58)のいずれかに固定することを特徴とする締結具。 - 前記連結部は、前記基本板(12)から突出する下アーム(21)と、前記積載板(14)から突出する上アーム(23)と、前記下アーム(21)および前記上アーム(23)を貫通して前記基本板(12)と前記積載板(14)を揺動自在に軸支するピン(22)と、からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の締結具。
- 前記緩衝体は、一端側に左ネジを形成して他端側に右ネジを形成したスタッドボルト(38d)であり、且つ前記基本板(12)および前記積載板(14)の外縁には、該スタッドボルト(38d)に螺合する内ネジ(62、65)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の締結具。
- 前記緩衝体は、両端近傍の側周面にツバ状または溝状の段差部(37)を有するシャフト(38e)であり、且つ前記基本板(12)および前記積載板(14)の外縁には、該段差部(37)を保持する拘束部(72)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の締結具。
