Claims (23)
- 概ねC形の断面を有し概ねT形の内部スロットを定める手すりであって、
a)概ね対向する端壁を有する半円形リップ部分を定める前記T形スロットの周りに延出し、前記手すりの外部輪郭を定める熱可塑性樹脂材料と、
b)前記T形スロットを裏打ちし、前記熱可塑性樹脂材料に接合されるスライダー層と、
c)前記熱可塑性樹脂材料内の中央平面に沿って配置される複数の長手ケーブルからなる、伸びを防止するためのケーブルアレイケーブルアレイであって、前記ケーブルアレイの外側ケーブルが前記リップ部分の前記端壁に対して内方にオフセットされるケーブルアレイを含む、手すり。 - 前記複数のケーブルの各々が0.5〜2mmの直径を有する、請求項1記載の手すり。
- 前記ケーブルアレイが30〜35mmの幅と1.5〜2mmのピッチを有する、請求項1または2に記載の手すり。
- 前記スライダー層は、前記T形スロットから前記リップ部分の前記端壁の周りに延出する縁部分を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の手すり。
- 概ねC形の断面を有し概ねT形の内部スロットを定める手すりであって、
a)半円形リップ部分の内壁を定める前記T形スロットの周りに延出する、熱可塑性樹脂材料からなる第1の層と、
b)前記第1の層の外側の周りに延出し、前記手すりの外部輪郭と前記リップ部分の概ね対向する端壁を定める、熱可塑性樹脂材料からなる第2の層と、
c)前記T形スロットを裏打ちし、前記第1の層に接合されるスライダー層と、
d)前記第1の層内の平面に沿って配置される伸び防止材とを含む、手すり。 - 前記第1の層は前記リップ部分の周りで厚みが先細り、実質的には前記T形スロットの底面より下に延出しない、請求項5記載の手すり。
- 前記第1の層は前記リップ部分の内壁に沿って終結する、請求項5または6記載の手すり。
- 前記手すりは前記T形スロットの上方に上部分を含み、前記上部分内では前記第1の層は前記第2の層よりも厚い、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の手すり。
- 前記第1の層は前記上部分において前記手すりの厚さの少なくとも60%を含む、請求項8記載の手すり。
- 前記上部分は約10mmの厚さを有し、前記第1の層は少なくとも6mmの厚さを有する、請求項8または9記載の手すり。
- 前記第1の層は前記第2の層よりも硬い熱可塑性樹脂から形成される、請求項5〜10のいずれか1項に記載の手すり。
- 前記第1の層は40〜50ショア「D」の硬度を有し、前記第2の層は70〜85ショア「A」の硬度を有し、前記スライダー層は150〜250MPaの弾性率を有する、請求項5〜11のいずれか1項に記載の手すり。
- 前記スライダー層は、前記T形スロットから前記リップ部分の前記端壁の周りに延出する縁部分を含む、請求項5〜12のいずれか1項に記載の手すり。
- 概ねC形の断面を有し概ねT形の内部スロットを定める手すりであって、
a)半円形リップ部分の内壁を定める前記T形スロットの周りに延出する、熱可塑性樹脂材料からなる第1の層と、
b)前記第1の層の外側の周りに延出し、前記手すりの外部輪郭と前記リップ部分の概ね対向する端壁を定める、熱可塑性樹脂材料からなる第2の層と、
c)前記T形スロットを裏打ちし、前記第1の層に接合されるスライダー層と、
d)前記第1の層内の中央平面に沿って配置される複数の長手ケーブルからなる、伸びを防止するためのケーブルアレイであって、前記ケーブルアレイの外側ケーブルが前記リップ部分の前記端壁に対して内方にオフセットされるケーブルアレイとを含む、手すり。 - 概ねC形の断面を有し概ねT形の内部スロットを定める手すりであって、
a)前記T形スロットの周りに延出する熱可塑性樹脂材料からなる第1の層と、
b)前記第1の層の外側の周りに延出し、前記手すりの外部輪郭を定める、熱可塑性樹脂材料からなる第2の層と、
c)前記T形スロットを裏打ちし、前記第1の層に接合されるスライダー層と、
d)前記第1の層内の中央平面に沿って配置される複数の長手ケーブルからなる、伸びを防止するためのケーブルアレイであって、前記長手ケーブルの各々が複数の比較的太い外側ストランドと複数の比較的細い内側ストランドを含む、手すり。 - 各ケーブルが約1.15mmの外径を有する、請求項15記載の手すり。
- 各ケーブルが6本の外側ストランドと3本の内側ストランドからなる、請求項15または16記載の手すり。
- 前記外側ストランドが約0.36mmの直径を有する、請求項17記載の手すり。
- 前記内側ストランドが約0.2mmの直径を有する、請求項17または18記載の手すり。
- 前記ケーブルが高張力スチールから形成される、請求項15〜19のいずれか1項に記載の手すり。
- 前記ケーブルが黄銅めっきされている、請求項15〜20のいずれか1項に記載の手すり。
- 概ねC形の断面を有し概ねT形の内部スロットを定める手すりであって、
a)半円形リップ部分の内壁を定める前記T形スロットの周りに延出する、熱可塑性樹脂材料からなる第1の層と、
b)前記第1の層の外側の周りに延出し、前記手すりの外部輪郭および前記リップ部分の概ね対向する端壁を定める、熱可塑性樹脂材料からなる第2の層と、
c)前記T形スロットを裏打ちし、前記第1の層に接合されるスライダー層と、
d)前記第1の層内の中央平面に沿って配置される複数の長手ケーブルからなる、伸びを防止するためのケーブルアレイであって、前記ケーブルアレイの外側ケーブルが前記リップ部分の前記端壁に対して内方にオフセットされ、前記長手ケーブルの各々が複数の比較的太い外側ストランドと複数の比較的細い内側ストランドを含む、手すり。 - 添付図面を参照して上記で実質的に説明されるかまたは前記添付図面に実質的に示されるような手すり。
