【解決手段】 エンジン,メインクラッチ,モータ/発電機,変速機,終減速機を同軸上に配置し、エンジンとモータ/発電機の動力を併用するハイブリッド車の動力伝達機構であって、前記メインクラッチを介してエンジン出力軸に連結されたエンジン駆動軸と、前記エンジン駆動軸と別体に回転可能に支持されたモータ/発電機のモータ出力軸と、前記エンジン駆動軸を解放/固定する駆動軸ブレーキと、前記モータ出力軸を解放/固定するモータブレーキと、前記モータ出力軸に連結されたリングギヤ,前記エンジン駆動軸に連結されたサンギヤ,該サンギヤと前記リングギヤが噛合する複数のプラネタリギヤ,前記変速機に連結され、該プラネタリギヤの公転運動を拾うプラネタリキャリアとからなる遊星ギヤ機構とを備えたことを特徴とする。

前記メインクラッチを介してエンジン出力軸に連結されたエンジン駆動軸と、前記エンジン駆動軸と別体に回転可能に支持されたモータ/発電機のモータ出力軸と、前記モータ出力軸を解放/固定するモータブレーキと、前記モータ出力軸に連結されたリングギヤ,前記エンジン駆動軸に連結されたサンギヤ,該サンギヤと前記リングギヤが噛合する複数のプラネタリギヤ,前記変速機に連結され、該プラネタリギヤの公転運動を拾うプラネタリキャリアとからなる遊星ギヤ機構と、前記プラネタリキャリアとリングギヤを解放/固定するロックアップクラッチとを備え、前記メインクラッチを固定とし、モータブレーキとロックアップクラッチを解放とすることで、エンジンとモータ/発電機の駆動力が遊星ギヤ機構で合成されて変速機に伝達され、前記メインクラッチとモータブレーキを固定とし、ロックアップクラッチを解放とすることで、エンジンの駆動力のみが遊星ギヤ機構から変速機に伝達され、前記メインクラッチとモータブレーキを解放とし、ロックアップクラッチを固定とすることで、モータ/発電機の駆動力のみが遊星ギヤ機構から変速機に伝達されると共に、車両制動時にモータ/発電機が逆作用して回生ブレーキがかかり、エンジンをアイドル状態にしてメインクラッチを固定し、モータ/発電機を逆回転させてプラネタリギヤからの出力を「0」とすることで車両が停止し、モータ/発電機の回転を正回転側に移行することで車両が発進することを特徴とする。
[1]エンジン駆動モードに於て、従来車両と同様にメインクラッチ43の接,断と変速機47の変速操作を行うことで走行が可能であり、モータ45を空回りさせないため、エンジン41に余計な駆動力を発生させなくてもすむ利点を有する。
[2]モータ駆動モードに於て、変速機47の変速操作と合わせて走行することで、発進,加速,回生制動が可能であり、エンジン系を引きずることがないため、効率的な駆動,回生が可能である。
[3]モータ/エンジン協調駆動モードに於て、エンジン駆動力をメインクラッチ43で徐々に伝達させ乍ら、モータ駆動力をシンクロさせ乍ら合成していくことが可能で、モータ45の駆動電力の無駄が少なくなる。

前記メインクラッチを介してエンジン出力軸に連結されたエンジン駆動軸と、
前記エンジン駆動軸と別体に回転可能に支持されたモータ/発電機のモータ出力軸と、
前記エンジン駆動軸を解放/固定する駆動軸ブレーキと、
前記モータ出力軸を解放/固定するモータブレーキと、
前記モータ出力軸に連結されたリングギヤ,前記エンジン駆動軸に連結されたサンギヤ,該サンギヤと前記リングギヤが噛合する複数のプラネタリギヤ,前記変速機に連結され、該プラネタリギヤの公転運動を拾うプラネタリキャリアとからなる遊星ギヤ機構とを備え、

前記メインクラッチとモータブレーキを解放とし、駆動軸ブレーキを固定とすることで、モータ/発電機の駆動力のみが遊星ギヤ機構から変速機に伝達されると共に、車両制動時にモータ/発電機が逆作用して回生ブレーキがかかり、
エンジンをアイドル状態にしてメインクラッチを固定し、モータ/発電機を逆回転させてプラネタリギヤからの出力を「0」とすることで車両が停止し、モータ/発電機の回転を正回転側に移行することで車両が発進することを特徴とするハイブリッド車の動力伝達機構。 - エンジン,メインクラッチ,モータ/発電機,変速機,終減速機を同軸上に配置し、エンジンとモータ/発電機の動力を併用するハイブリッド車の動力伝達機構であって、
前記メインクラッチを介してエンジン出力軸に連結されたエンジン駆動軸と、
前記エンジン駆動軸と別体に回転可能に支持されたモータ/発電機のモータ出力軸と、
前記モータ出力軸を解放/固定するモータブレーキと、
前記モータ出力軸に連結されたリングギヤ,前記エンジン駆動軸に連結されたサンギヤ,該サンギヤと前記リングギヤが噛合する複数のプラネタリギヤ,前記変速機に連結され、該プラネタリギヤの公転運動を拾うプラネタリキャリアとからなる遊星ギヤ機構と、
前記プラネタリキャリアとリングギヤを解放/固定するロックアップクラッチとを備え、
前記メインクラッチを固定とし、モータブレーキとロックアップクラッチを解放とすることで、エンジンとモータ/発電機の駆動力が遊星ギヤ機構で合成されて変速機に伝達され、
前記メインクラッチとモータブレーキを固定とし、ロックアップクラッチを解放とすることで、エンジンの駆動力のみが遊星ギヤ機構から変速機に伝達され、
前記メインクラッチとモータブレーキを解放とし、ロックアップクラッチを固定とすることで、モータ/発電機の駆動力のみが遊星ギヤ機構から変速機に伝達されると共に、車両制動時にモータ/発電機が逆作用して回生ブレーキがかかり、
エンジンをアイドル状態にしてメインクラッチを固定し、モータ/発電機を逆回転させてプラネタリギヤからの出力を「0」とすることで車両が停止し、モータ/発電機の回転を正回転側に移行することで車両が発進することを特徴とするハイブリッド車の動力伝達機構。
