Claims (13)
- 第1動力源からの動力を入力する入力軸と、
第2動力源として機能するモータと、
主駆動輪に動力を伝達する第1出力軸と、
副駆動輪に動力を伝達する第2出力軸と、
前記モータに連結された第1回転要素と、第2回転要素と、第3回転要素とを有する第1遊星歯車装置と、
前記第2回転要素に連結された第4回転要素と、第5回転要素と、第6回転要素とを有する第2遊星歯車装置と、
前記入力軸の接続先を選択的に切り替える入力切替部と、
前記第1遊星歯車装置で前記第1回転要素の回転を変速して出力する変速状態と、前記第1遊星歯車装置で前記第1回転要素の回転を変速せずに出力する非変速状態とを切り替える変速切替部と、
前記第1出力軸と前記第2出力軸とに動力を伝達する分配状態と、前記第1出力軸と前記第2出力軸とのうち前記第1出力軸のみに動力を伝達する非分配状態とを切り替える分配切替部と、
を備え、
前記入力軸、前記第1遊星歯車装置、前記第2遊星歯車装置、前記第1出力軸、および前記第2出力軸の接続状態は、前記入力切替部、前記変速切替部、および前記分配切替部によって複数のモードに切り替わることが可能であり、
前記複数のモードは、
前記入力軸が前記第1出力軸に直結された状態であり、かつ前記分配切替部が前記非分配状態である第1モードと、
前記入力軸が前記第1出力軸に直結された状態であり、かつ前記分配切替部が前記分配状態であり、前記第2遊星歯車装置における三つの回転要素が、前記モータ、前記第1出力軸、前記第2出力軸にそれぞれ連結された状態で差動可能である第2モードと、
前記入力軸が前記第1遊星歯車装置の前記第1回転要素に連結された状態であり、かつ前記分配切替部が前記分配状態であり、前記変速切替部は前記第3回転要素を固定部材に固定した前記変速状態であり、前記第2遊星歯車装置では二つの回転要素が互いに連結された状態、かついずれかの回転要素が前記第1出力軸に連結された状態で三つの回転要素が一体回転可能である第3モードと、を含む
ことを特徴とするトランスファ。 - 前記変速切替部が前記変速状態である場合、前記モータから出力された動力を前記第1遊星歯車装置と前記第2遊星歯車装置とを介して前記第1出力軸に伝達する際に、前記第1遊星歯車装置で前記モータの回転を変速して出力する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトランスファ。 - 前記第3モードでは、前記第1動力源からの動力および前記モータの動力が前記第1遊星歯車装置と前記第2遊星歯車装置とを介して前記主駆動輪と前記副駆動輪とに分配されるとともに、前記入力軸の回転および前記モータの回転を前記第1遊星歯車装置で変速して前記主駆動輪および前記副駆動輪に伝達する駆動状態となる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のトランスファ。 - 前記第1モードおよび前記第2モードでは、前記変速切替部が前記変速状態と前記非変速状態との間で切り替わることが可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載のトランスファ。 - 前記第1モードで前記変速切替部が前記変速状態である場合には、前記第1動力源からの動力が前記入力軸から前記第1出力軸に直接的に伝達され、かつ前記モータの動力が前記第1遊星歯車装置と前記第2遊星歯車装置とを介して前記第1出力軸に伝達されるとともに、前記第1動力源からの動力および前記モータの動力が前記第2出力軸には伝達されない駆動状態となる
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のトランスファ。 - 前記第2モードで前記変速切替部が前記変速状態である場合には、前記第1動力源からの動力が前記入力軸から前記第1出力軸に直接的に伝達され、かつ前記モータの動力が前記第1遊星歯車装置を介して前記第1出力軸に伝達される際に前記第1遊星歯車装置で前記モータの回転を変速して出力し、前記第1動力源からの動力および前記モータの動力が前記第2遊星歯車装置を介して前記主駆動輪と前記副駆動輪とに分配される駆動状態となる
ことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のトランスファ。 - 前記変速切替部は、
前記第3回転要素を前記固定部材に連結する係合状態と、前記第3回転要素を回転可能に解放する解放状態との間で切り替わる第1係合装置と、
前記第2回転要素と前記第3回転要素とを一体可能に連結する係合状態と、前記第2回転要素を前記第3回転要素に対して相対回転可能に解放する解放状態との間で切り替わる第2係合装置と、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のトランスファ。 - 前記第2出力軸に動力を伝達する伝達部をさらに備え、
前記分配切替部は、前記第1出力軸を前記伝達部に選択的に連結する分配切替部材を有し、
前記第2遊星歯車装置の前記第5回転要素は、前記第1出力軸に一体回転可能に連結されており、
前記分配切替部材は、
前記第1出力軸を前記伝達部に連結するとともに、前記第5回転要素と前記第6回転要素とを一体回転可能に連結する第1分配状態と、
前記第1出力軸を前記伝達部に連結するとともに、前記第5回転要素と前記第6回転要素とを差動可能にする第2分配状態と、
前記第1出力軸を前記伝達部に連結しない場合に、前記第5回転要素と前記第6回転要素とを一体回転可能に連結する非分配状態との間で切り替わる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のトランスファ。 - 前記第6回転要素を固定部材に連結する係合状態と、前記第6回転要素を回転可能に解放する解放状態との間で切り替わる第3係合装置を備え、
前記第3係合装置は、前記第1モードおよび前記第3モードの場合に前記係合状態となることが可能であり、前記第2モードの場合には解放状態となる
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のトランスファ。 - 前記第2出力軸に動力を伝達する伝達部をさらに備え、
前記入力切替部は、前記入力軸を前記第1回転要素に選択的に連結する入力切替部材を有し、
前記第2遊星歯車装置の前記第5回転要素は、前記第1出力軸に対して相対回転可能であり、
前記分配切替部は、
前記入力切替部としても機能する部材であって、前記入力軸または前記伝達部を前記第1出力軸に選択的に連結する第1分配切替部材と、
前記第5回転要素および前記第6回転要素のうちの少なくとも一方を前記伝達部に選択的に連結する第2分配切替部材と、を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトランスファ。 - 前記第1モードである場合、
前記入力切替部材は、前記入力軸を前記第1回転要素に連結せず、
前記第1分配切替部材は、前記伝達部には連結せずに前記入力軸を前記第1出力軸に直結するとともに、前記第5回転要素を前記第1出力軸に連結する非分配状態であり、
前記第2分配切替部材は、前記伝達部には連結せずに前記第5回転要素と前記第6回転要素とを一体回転可能に連結する非分配状態である
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のトランスファ。 - 前記第2モードである場合、
前記入力切替部材は、前記入力軸を前記第1回転要素に連結せず、
前記第1分配切替部材は、前記伝達部には連結せずに前記入力軸を前記第1出力軸に直結するとともに、前記第5回転要素を前記第1出力軸に連結する非分配状態であり、
前記第2分配切替部材は、前記第6回転要素を前記伝達部に連結するとともに、前記第5回転要素と前記第6回転要素とを差動可能にする分配状態である
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のトランスファ。 - 前記第3モードである場合、
前記第1分配切替部材は、前記入力軸には連結せずに前記第1出力軸を前記伝達部に連結する分配状態であり、
前記第2分配切替部材は、前記第5回転要素を前記伝達部に連結するとともに、前記第5回転要素と前記第6回転要素とを一体回転可能に連結する分配状態である
ことを特徴とする請求項10から12のうちのいずれか一項に記載のトランスファ。
