Abstract
【解決手段】画像読取部の第1キャリッジにおいて、複数のLED43が主走査方向に直線状に配列されたLED基板51と、LED43の発光面に対向し、LED43から射出される光を被照射体の照射領域へ導光する導光板403と、LED基板51を保持する受け台405と、LED基板51および導光板403を覆うカバー406と、導光板403を受け台405に位置決めする位置決めピン404等の位置決め手段と、を備え、前記位置決め手段によって位置決めされた導光板403を、カバー406と受け台405とで挟み付ける。

図1〜図5は本発明に係る光照射装置、画像読取装置および画像形成装置の第1の実施の形態を示す図であり、本発明を複写機に適用した場合を示している。
図6〜図10は、本発明の第2の実施の形態としての第1キャリッジを示している。これは、第1の実施の形態とは、カバー701(図4の406に相当する)、導光板403、LED基板51、受け台1001(図4の405に相当する)をユニット化すると共に、カバー701の凸部802と受け台1001の凸部1002とで導光板403を挟み付けるようにした点が相違している。なお、第1の実施の形態と同一構成には同一符号を付与して説明を省略する。但し、補強部材601については図示を省略する。
図11は、本発明の第3の実施の形態としての第1キャリッジを示している。これは、第1の実施の形態とは、カバー701(図4の406に相当する)、導光板403、LED基板51、受け台1101(図4の405に相当する)をユニット化すると共に、カバー701の凸部802と受け台1101の凸部1102とで導光板403を挟み付けるようにした点が相違している。なお、第1の実施の形態と同一構成には同一符号を付与して説明を省略する。但し、補強部材601については図示を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 複数の発光素子が主走査方向に直線状に配列された基板と、前記発光素子の発光面に対向し、前記発光素子から射出される光を被照射体の照射領域へ導光する導光部材と、前記基板を保持する保持部材と、前記基板および前記導光部材を覆う被覆部材と、を備えた光照射装置において、
前記導光部材を前記保持部材に位置決めする位置決め手段を備え、
前記位置決め手段によって位置決めされた前記導光部材を、前記保持部材と前記被覆部材とで挟み付けることを特徴とする光照射装置。 - 前記被覆部材に凸部を形成し、前記凸部が前記導光部材に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記凸部は、副走査方向で前記被覆部材の中央よりも前記発光素子側に偏っていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記保持部材に凸部を形成し、前記凸部が前記保持部材に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
- 前記保持部材に前記被覆部材を着脱する第1の着脱手段と、前記光照射装置の筐体に前記保持部材を着脱する第2の着脱手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光照射装置。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の光照射装置を備え、
前記光照射装置によって被照射体に光を照射し、前記被照射体からの反射光の光量を画像信号に変換することによって前記被照射体の画像を読取ることを特徴とする画像読取装置。 - 請求項6に記載の画像読取装置を備え、
前記画像読取装置で読取った画像を所定の用紙に形成することを特徴とする画像形成装置。
