Abstract
【解決手段】樹脂基材に所定の配線パターンを形成した配線基板を用いて太陽電池セル同士を電気接続する太陽電池モジュールであって、前記配線基板を、太陽電池セルの電極パターンと配線基板の配線パターンの形状から、設計マージンの少ない方向を、前記樹脂基材の熱収縮率の小さい方向とした太陽電池モジュールとし、この太陽電池モジュールを製造する際の熱処理工程の温度を100℃以上180℃以下の製造方法とした。

Description
実施例として図1に示すライン状の電極パターンが形成された太陽電池セル10Aと図2に示す配線基板20を用いて太陽電池モジュールMを製造した。太陽電池セル10Aは図1(a)に示すように、太陽電池裏面側にN+層3、P+層4がライン状に交互に形成され、受光面には例えば窒化シリコン膜からなる反射防止膜2、裏面側にはパッシベーション膜7が形成され、N+層、P+層上にそれぞれN電極5、P電極6が形成されている。この構成の太陽電池セル10Aは既知の方法により製造することができる。ここで、太陽電池セル10Aの電極は、銀を主成分とする焼成電極であり、ライン状のN電極5a、P電極6aが交互に形成されており、N電極5aとP電極6aとの間隔は0.5mmとした。また、各電極の幅は、両電極とも0.2mmとなるようにした。また、電極の表面にはんだ(Sn−Biはんだ)Hをコートした。
比較例として、配線基板の基材であるPETフィルムのTD方向をY方向とし、MD方向を基板形状のX方向として、逆の方向とし、その他の条件は、実施例と同じ条件として太陽電池モジュールMa、Mbの2台作製した。

Claims (7)
- 樹脂基材に所定の配線パターンを形成した配線基板を用いて太陽電池セル同士を電気接続する太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記配線基板を、太陽電池セルの電極パターンと配線基板の配線パターンの形状から、設計マージンの少ない方向を、前記樹脂基材の熱収縮率の小さい方向としたことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 複数の配線が隣接して並設される前記配線パターンの幅方向を、前記樹脂基材のTD方向としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記樹脂基材が、二軸延伸樹脂フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記フィルムが、ポリエステル系のフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記フィルムが、ポリエチレンテレフタレートPETもしくはポリエチレンナフタレートPENのいずれかを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法であって、熱処理工程の温度を100℃以上180℃以下としたことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 太陽電池セル側の電極と配線基板との接続に、融点が180℃以下の半田、もしくは、180℃以下で硬化する導電性接着剤を用いることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
