Description
以上、具体的な実施形態を示して本発明の太陽電池用集電シートについて説明したが、本発明は、以上の実施形態に何ら制限されず、本発明の構成の範囲において適宜変更を加えて実施することができる。

Claims (4)
- シート状である樹脂基材の表面に金属箔を積層し、当該金属箔を所望の配線形状となるようにパターニングすることで、配線が形成された太陽電池用集電シートであって、
前記樹脂基材は、二軸延伸装置のTD方向及びMD方向に延伸加工された二軸延伸シートであり、
前記太陽電池用集電シートに形成された配線は、互いに直行する二つの方向成分を考慮したとき、前記配線の一方向成分の総延長が前記配線の他方向成分の総延長よりも長いことにより異方性を有し、
前記一方向成分の向きと、前記樹脂基材が延伸された際のMD方向の向きと、が一致することを特徴とする太陽電池用集電シート。 - 前記配線が櫛型形状であり、前記櫛型形状の歯部分の長さ方向が前記一方向成分の方向と一致し、前記櫛型形状の峰部分の長さ方向が前記他方向成分の方向と一致する請求項1記載の太陽電池用集電シート。
- 前記樹脂基材は、厚さ12μmから250μmの二軸延伸ポリエチレンナフタレートフィルムであり、JIS−C2318による150℃×30分でのMD方向の熱収縮率が0.2%以上1.0%以下である請求項1又は2記載の太陽電池用集電シート。
- 請求項1から3いずれか記載の太陽電池用集電シートと、太陽電池素子の電極とがハンダを介して接合されている部材を備える太陽電池モジュール。
