Abstract

본 발명은 태양전지 모듈의 제조공정을 단순화할 수 있는 후면전극형 태양전지 모듈 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 이방도전성 접착부재를 이용하여 전극과 배선을 연결하므로 후면전극형 태양전지의 제조가 용이한 효과가 있다. 또한, 이방도전성 접착부재에 배선을 형성한 배선시트를 사용하는 경우, 배선을 형성하기 위한 절연성 기판을 생략할 수 있어 제조비용이 저감되는 효과가 있다.
