Abstract

Claims (33)
- 環状に延びるボディ(5)を備えており、
前記ボディ(5)が、タイヤ(40)と接続できるように形成された径方向外側部(6a)を有し、
前記径方向外側部(6a)が、膨張バルブ(100)用の孔(16)が設けられた環状の底壁(12)を有し、
前記環状の底壁(12)が、中央の環状の凹部(20)と、前記中央の環状の凹部(20)に対して軸方向の両側に設けられた2つの環状の側部(24)とを有し、
前記凹部(20)が、その少なくとも1つの側における、前記膨張バルブ(100)用の孔(16)から円周方向に離れた領域の、当該リム(1)の断面において径方向内側の表面(26)および径方向外側の表面(28)を有する、
自転車用の車輪のリムにおいて、
前記径方向外側の表面(28)が、前記径方向内側の表面(26)の曲率半径と異なる曲率半径(R3)を有することを特徴とするリム(1)。 - 請求項1において、前記径方向外側の表面(28)が、湾曲した表面であるリム(1)。
- 請求項2において、前記半径方向外側の表面(28)が、凸状の表面であるリム(1)。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項において、前記径方向内側の表面(26)が、湾曲した表面(26a、26b)の少なくとも一部を有しているリム(1)。
- 請求項4において、前記湾曲した表面(26a、26b)が、凹状の表面であるリム(1)。
- 請求項3に従属する請求項5において、湾曲した表面(26a)の前記少なくとも一部および前記径方向外側の表面(28)が、共通の接点(P)で連続しているリム(1)。
- 請求項4〜6のいずれか一項において、前記径方向外側の表面(28)の前記曲率半径(R3)が、前記径方向内側の表面(26)の湾曲した前記少なくとも一部(26a)の曲率半径よりも大きいリム(1)。
- 請求項7において、前記径方向外側の表面(28)の前記曲率半径(R3)が、前記径方向内側の表面(26)の前記湾曲した少なくとも一部(26a)の曲率半径の2倍であるリム(1)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項において、前記環状の底壁(12)が、前記径方向外側の表面(28)と前記環状の側部(24)の少なくとも1つとの間に突出面(22)を有しているリム(1)。
- 請求項9において、前記突出面(22)が、湾曲した表面(30)によって形成されているリム(1)。
- 請求項3において、前記突出面(22)が、湾曲した表面(30)によって形成されており、
前記径方向外側の表面(28)と前記環状の突出面(22)とが共通の接点で連続しているリム(1)。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項において、前記環状の側部(24)が、当該リム(1)の長手方向の対称平面(Π)に対して垂直であるリム(1)。
- 請求項4〜12のいずれか一項において、前記径方向内側の表面(26)全体が、湾曲した表面によって形成されているリム(1)。
- 請求項13において、前記湾曲した表面が、単一の曲率半径(R2)を有しているリム(1)。
- 請求項13において、前記湾曲した表面が、その径方向内側部(26b)において第1の曲率半径(R’2)、およびその径方向外側部(26a)において第2の曲率半径(R’’2)を有しているリム(1)。
- 請求項15において、前記第2の曲率半径(R’’2)が、前記第1の曲率半径(R’2)よりも小さいリム(1)。
- 請求項15または16において、前記湾曲した表面の少なくとも一部が、前記径方向外側部(26a)に形成されているリム(1)。
- 請求項4〜12のいずれか一項において、前記径方向内側の表面(26)が、平坦な表面部(26b)および湾曲した表面部(26a)によって形成されているリム(1)。
- 請求項18において、前記平坦な表面部(26b)が、前記湾曲した表面部(26a)よりも軸方向に内側であるリム(1)。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれか一項において、前記中央の環状の凹部(20)が、当該リム(1)の環状の延在方向の全体にわたって同一の形状を有しているリム(1)。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれか一項において、前記凹部(20)が、その少なくとも1つの側における、前記膨張バルブ(100)用の孔(16)の近傍の、当該リム(1)の断面において少なくとも一部が平坦な径方向外側の表面(38)および平坦な径方向内側の表面(36)を有しているリム(1)。
- 請求項21において、前記径方向外側の表面(38)が、前記径方向内側の表面(36)に隣接する平坦な表面部と、前記平坦な表面部に関連する前記径方向内側の表面(36)と対向する側に設けられた湾曲した表面部とを有しているリム(1)。
- 請求項22において、前記湾曲した表面部が、前記膨張バルブ(100)用の孔(16)から円周方向に離れた前記領域における前記凹部(20)の前記径方向外側の表面(28)の曲率半径と同一の曲率半径(R3)を有しているリム(1)。
- 請求項1〜23のいずれか一項において、チューブレス車輪のリムであるリム(1)。
- 請求項1〜24のいずれか一項において、金属材料からなるリム(1)。
- 請求項1〜24のいずれか一項において、構造を有する複合材料からなるリム(1)。
- 請求項1〜26のいずれか一項に記載のリム(1)を備える自転車用の車輪。
- 請求項27に記載の車輪を備える自転車。
- 自転車用のチューブレス車輪のリム(1)にスポークを組み付けるための孔(17)を密封するバンドにおいて、
その断面において、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載のリム(1)の環状の底壁(12)に形成された中央の環状の凹部(20)の少なくとも径方向外側の表面(28)の形状と同一の形状を持つ外表面を有していることを特徴とするバンド(50)。 - 請求項29において、前記リム(1)の前記環状の底壁(12)の径方向の外表面の形状と同一の形状を有するバンド(50)。
- 環状に延びるボディ(5)を備えており、
前記ボディ(5)が、タイヤ(40)と接続できるように形成された径方向外側部(6a)を有し、
前記径方向外側部(6a)が、中央の環状の凹部(20)を有する環状の底壁(12)を含み、
前記環状の凹部(20)において、膨張バルブ(100)用の第1の孔(16)と、各々のスポークを組み付けるための複数の第2の孔(17)とが円周方向に離間して形成されており、
