Abstract
【解決手段】ツインクラッチ式自動変速機の両クラッチ軸間に電動機を挿入し、電動機のトルクと回転数を制御して滑らかで効率的な変速制御を行うと共に、クリープ制御、アイドルストップ発進制御、R→D、D→矢印Rセレクト制御等を実現可能な変速機。電動機でトルク遷移を行ってから前段ギヤを解放し、電動機で回転数を同期化してからクラッチを掛け替える。クラッチの摩擦制御を行わないので滑らかな変速が可能になると共に、同じ制御方式でクリープ制御、アイドルストップ発進制御、R→D、D→Rセレクト制御等を可能にし、クラッチが摩耗する恐れがなく寿命が向上すると共に、運転性能を大幅に改善できる。また、一つの変速機で多くの機能を実現できるので、相対的にコストを抑制できる。

Description
図1に本発明の第1の実施例の原理構成を示す。エンジン1の出力は2個のクラッチ2、3により各変速ギヤ列4、5に接続され、各変速ギヤ列4、5の出力は一つの出力軸6に集められて駆動輪(図示せず)を駆動する。第1クラッチ2にA点で接続された第1の変速ギヤ列4は奇数変速段を構成し、第2クラッチ3にB点で接続された第2の変速ギヤ列5は偶数変速段を構成している。各クラッチと各変速ギヤ列との接続点A、Bを電動機7で接続し、さらに電動機7の片方の軸を固定できるようにしたのが特徴である。本実施例では第2クラッチ3に接続された電動機軸と変速機ケース23の間にブレーキ45を設けている。

同期判定部44ではステップ10でモータ回転数指令tTmと実モータ回転数aNmがほぼ等しくなったか否かを判定し、非同期状態ならば同期するまで待つ。同期状態と判定されたらステップ11では、ステップ3において決定された変速後ギヤ段に対応するシフトアクチュエータ16、35、36に対して結合信号を出力する。

例えば1速ギヤ比i1=2.8、後退ギヤ比i2=−2.3とすればTo=5.1Tmが得られる。すなわちエンジンと自動変速機の間にトルクコンバータを設けて2倍程度のトルク増幅率を得るよりも大きなトルクを発生するので、縁石乗り上げ等を容易に行うことができ、運転性を向上させる効果がある。

- 第1のクラッチにより内燃機関の出力が伝達または遮断される第1軸と、第2のクラッ
チにより前記内燃機関の出力が伝達または遮断される第2軸と、前記第1軸上に設けられ
た第1の変速ギヤ列と、前記第2軸上に設けられた第2の変速ギヤ列と、変速クラッチに
より前記第1の変速ギヤ列の変速段および前記第2の変速ギヤ列の変速段に締結または解
放される出力軸と、前記第1軸及び前記第2軸に接続された回転電機と、を有する自動変
速機の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関が停止状態のとき、
前記第1のクラッチを締結、前記第2のクラッチを解放、前記第1の変速ギヤ列の変速
段と前記出力軸を締結、第2の変速ギヤ列の変速段と前記出力軸を締結し、
前記回転電機により前記第1軸と前記第2軸の間にトルクを発生して前記第1軸を正方
向に回転させることにより、車両を発進しながら前記内燃機関を始動する自動変速機の制
御装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動変速機の制御装置であって、
前記第2の変速ギヤ列の前記変速段は後退変速段であり、車両を前進発進しながら前記
内燃機関を始動する自動変速機の制御装置。 - 第1のクラッチにより内燃機関の出力が伝達または遮断される第1軸と、第2のクラッ
チにより前記内燃機関の出力が伝達または遮断される第2軸と、前記第1軸上に設けられ
た第1の変速ギヤ列と、前記第2軸上に設けられた第2の変速ギヤ列と、変速クラッチに
より前記第1の変速ギヤ列の変速段および前記第2の変速ギヤ列の変速段に締結または解
放される出力軸と、前記第1軸及び前記第2軸に接続された回転電機と、を有する自動変
速機の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関が停止状態のとき、
前記第1のクラッチを解放、前記第2のクラッチを締結、前記第1の変速ギヤ列の変速
段と前記出力軸を締結、前記第2の変速ギヤ列の変速段と前記出力軸を締結し、
前記回転電機により前記第1軸と前記第2軸の間にトルクを発生して前記第2軸を正方
向に回転させることにより、車両を発進しながら前記内燃機関を始動する自動変速機の制
御装置。 - 請求項3記載の自動変速機の制御装置であって、
前記第2の変速ギヤ列の前記変速段は後退変速段であり、車両を後退発進しながら前記
内燃機関を始動する自動変速機の制御装置。
