Abstract
Description
Claims (49)
- 成分分離装置において、少なくも一つのプロセス流を、希望の組成を有する一つ又はそれ以上の成分プロセス流に分離する方法であって:
(a)固体構成要素及び一つ又はそれ以上のセルを有する3次元のセル状固体材料を装 置内に準備し;
(b)セル状固体材料を装置の少なくも一つの区域内に位置決めし;
(c)少なくも一つのプロセス流の二つ又はそれ以上の相を、セル状固体材料を収容し ている区域内に導き;
(d)質量移動を容易にするためにセル状固体材料の表面において二つ又はそれ以上の 相を接触させ;
(e)少なくも一つの成分プロセス流から一つ又はそれ以上の相の少なくも一部分を少 なくも一つの成分プロセス流として回収し、少なくも一つの成分プロセス流が希 望の組成を持つ
諸段階を含む方法。 - セル状固体材料が周期的な単位セルを有する請求項1の方法。
- セル状固体材料が複数のセル寸法及び形状を有する請求項1の方法。
- セル状固体材料の区域から出る際に、相が希望の成分を有する請求項1の方法。
- 一つ又はそれ以上の成分プロセス流が、装置の一つ又はそれ以上の位置から回収される請求項1の方法。
- セル状固体材料の表面が、装置内のセル状固体材料1立方メートル当たり約250から約4000平方メートルの範囲の表面積を有する請求項1の方法。
- セル状固体材料が、酸化物、炭化物、窒化物、ホウ化物、セラミック材料、金属材料、高分子材料、及び化学蒸着物よりなるグループから選定される請求項1の方法。
- セル状固体材料が、耐食性材料から形成される請求項1の方法。
- セル状固体材料が、卓越して炭化ケイ素から形成される請求項1の方法。
- 装置が、一つ又はそれ以上の通常の装置内容物を収容する請求項1の方法。
- セル状固体材料が、約4から約30ppiの空隙度を有する請求項1の方法。
- 固体の構成要素及びその中に配置された1個又はそれ以上のセルを有しかつ質量移動を容易にするために少なくも一つのプロセス流からの二つ又はそれ以上の相が接触する表面を有する3次元のセル状固体材料を有する装置を備えた成分分離装置組立体。

- セル状固体材料が、複数のセル寸法及び形状を有する請求項12の組立体。
- 成分分離装置が、蒸留装置、吸着装置、及び抽出装置、並びにこれらの組合せよりなるグループから選定される請求項12の組立体。

(a)固体構成要素及び1個又はそれ以上のセルを有する3次元のセル状固体材料の床 を少なくも1個、装置内で位置決めし;
(b)少なくも一つの流れを、セル状固体材料の床を通過させ、これにより装置内の一 つ又はそれ以上のプロセス流の組成は、相がセル状固体材料を通過するときに変 化し、これにより希望の組成を有する少なくも一つの成分プロセス流を作り;更 に
(c)装置から少なくも一つの成分プロセス流を回収する
諸段階を含む方法。 - 相が、少なくも一つの液相及び少なくも一つの蒸気相よりなる請求項24の方法。
- セル状固体材料が周期的な単位セルを有する請求項24の方法。
- セル状固体材料が、複数のセル寸法及び形状を有する請求項24の方法。
- セル状固体材料が、装置内のセル状固体材料1立方メートル当たり約250から約4000平方メートルの範囲の表面積の表面を有する請求項24の方法。
- 一つ又はそれ以上の成分プロセス流が装置の1カ所又はそれ以上の位置から回収される請求項24の方法。
- セル状固体材料が装置の断面形状に合うように特別に適合される請求項24の方法。
- 少なくも1個の床が不規則に詰め込まれた複数のセル状固体要素よりなる請求項24の方法。
- セル状固体材料が、酸化物、炭化物、窒化物、ホウ化物、セラミック材料、金属材料、高分子材料、及び化学蒸着物よりなるグループから選定される請求項24の方法。
- セル状固体材料が、耐食性材料から形成される請求項24の方法。
- セル状固体材料が、卓越して炭化ケイ素から形成される請求項24の方法。
- 装置が、1個又はそれ以上の通常の装置内容物を収容する請求項24の方法。
- セル状固体材料が、4から約30ppiの範囲の空隙度を有する請求項24の方法。
- 成分分離装置が蒸留装置である請求項24の方法。
- 成分分離装置が、蒸気相/液体相又は液体相/液体相の接触している接触装置である請求項24の方法。
- 固体の構成要素及び其の中に配置された1個又はそれ以上のセルを有する3次元のセル状固体材料のある少なくも1基の成分分離装置を備え、セル状固体材料の量が一つ又はそれ以上のプロセス流を希望の組成の一つ又はそれ以上の成分プロセス流に分離するに必要な理論段階数を提供するに十分である成分分離装置組立体。
- セル状固体材料が、周期的な単位セルを有する請求項39の組立体。
- セル状固体材料が、複数のセル寸法及び形状を有する請求項39の組立体。
- 装置が通常の装置内容物を収容する請求項39の組立体。
- セル状固体材料が、装置内のセル状固体材料1立方メートル当たり約250−4000平方メートルの範囲の表面積の表面を有する請求項39の組立体。
- セル状固体材料が、約4から約30ppiの範囲の空隙度を有する請求項39の組立体。
- 成分分離装置が蒸留装置である請求項39の組立体。
- 成分分離装置が蒸気相/液体相又は液体相/液体相の間の物質移動を行う接触装置である請求項39の組立体。
- 接触装置において少なくも一つのプロセス流の組成を変える方法であって:
(a)固体構成要素及び1個又はそれ以上のセルを有する3次元のセル状固体材料の床 を少なくも1個、接触装置内で位置決めし;
(b)少なくも一つのプロセス流に、セル状固体材料の床を通過させ、これにより二つ 又はそれ以上の相は、これらがセル状固体材料を通過するときに変えられ、これ により希望の組成を有する少なくも一つの成分プロセス流を作り;更に
(c)接触装置から少なくも一つの成分プロセス流を回収する
