Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para distribuir, mezclar o extraer diversos fluidos en procesos de cromatografía, que incluyen un fluidoprincipal y por lo menos dos fluidos secundarios, que comprende por lo menos una cámara de mezclado yvarios circuitos de inyección y/o de extracción de losfluidos secundarios, independientes. El dispositivo (DME) comprende medios para reunir o recuperar el fluido principal y/o para la distribución de una mezclade fluido egresado de la cámara demezc lado, la cual tiene una forma adaptada para minimizar las diferencias de tiempo de recorrido del fluido principal quetiene su entrada en la cámara de mezclado, o de la mezcla egresada de dicha cámara. La invención también contempla unacolumna cromatográfica que comprendeuno o diversos DMEs para llevar a cabo la separación cromatográfica de un cuerpo.
