Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.主成分として524℃を越える沸点の物質を含む重質炭化水素油供給原料を 水素化分解する方法であって、 (a)重質炭化水素油供給原料とコーキング抑制用添加剤粒子約0.01〜4.0重量 %(新鮮な供給原料を基準)との混合物からなるスラリー供給原料を、垂直水素 化分解域に通して、この水素化分解域を約350〜600℃の温度、少なくとも3.5MPa の圧力および炭化水素油4容量/時/水素化分解域容量までの空間速度に維持し ながら、上方に送り、 (b)水素化分解域の頂部から、水素と炭化水素蒸気とを含んでなるガス相およ び重質炭化水素を含んでなる液相を含む流出混合物を取り出し、 (c)取り出した流出混合物を高温分離器に送り、 (d)高温分離器の頂部から、水素と炭化水素蒸気とを含んでなるガス流を回収 し、 (e)高温分離器の底部から、重質炭化水素とコーキング抑制用添加剤粒子とを 含んでなる液流を回収すること、並びに 前記重質炭化水素油供給原料に芳香族炭化水素油を添加して、水素化分解処理 の間に(低極性芳香族炭化水素)対(アスファルテン)の比率を高く維持するこ とを特徴とする方法。 2.高温分離器の底部から回収した重質炭化水素を含んでなる液流を分別して 、i)前記添加剤粒子を含む、450℃を越える沸点の重質炭化水素流およびii)軽油 生成物を得、次いで、分別した450℃を越える沸点の重質炭化水素流の少なくと も一部、好適には約5〜15重量%を再循環させて、重質炭化水素油供給原料の一 部を形成する請求項1記載の方法。 3.芳香族炭化水素油は、プロセスで形成されたピッチよりも極性が低く、好 適には約400℃を越える沸点を有する請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.コーキング抑制用添加剤は、粒径45μm未満の鉄化合物、例えば硫酸鉄の 粒子を含んでなる請求項1記載の方法。 5.芳香族炭化水素油は、流動接触分解器からのデカントオイルであって、こ れは、好適には分別処理への重質炭化水素底部供給原料に添加して、水素化分解 域への供給前に低沸点成分を除去する請求項2記載の方法。 6.芳香族炭化水素油は、高温分解器からの液流の分別によって得られる重質 ガス油再循環流であり、この重質ガス油再循環流は、好適には水素化分解域への 供給原料の約15〜50重量%を構成する請求項2記載の方法。 7.重質炭化水素油供給原料は、ビスブレーキング真空蒸留残渣または脱アス ファルト処理からのアスファルト富生成物である請求項1記載の方法。 8.供給原料の一部を形成するために再循環されない、分別化した重質炭化水 素流の残部を更に分別して、ガス油流およびピッチ流を得、得られたガス油流を 再循環して、重油供給原料の一部を形成すると共に、再循環流を調節して水素化 分解処理の間に(低極性芳香族炭化水素)対(アスファルテン)の高い比率を得 る請求項2記載の方法。 9.ピッチ流の一部は、熱分解プロセスに供給されるピッチ生成物である請求 項8記載の方法。 10.重質炭化水素油供給原料を、水素化分解前に処理して高沸点パラフィン系 物質を除去する請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
