Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>''CRAQUEAMENTO HIDRáULICO DE HIDROCARBONETOS PESADOS COM CONTROLE DE AROMáTICOS POLARES''<D>. é descrito um processo para o craqueamento hidráulico de matéria-prima de óleo hidrocarbonado pesado, uma porção substancial do qual ferve acima de 524°C, o qual inclui as etapas de: (a) passagem de um suprimento de pasta semifluida de uma mistura de matéria-prima de óleo hidrocarbonado pesado e de cerca de 0,01 a 4,0 por cento em peso (baseado na matéria-prima fresca) de partículas de aditivo de inibição de coque de modo ascendente através de uma zona de craqueamento hidráulico vertical confinada, a zona de craqueamento hidráulico sendo mantida a uma temperatura entre cerca de 350° e 600°C uma pressão de no mínimo 3,5 MPa e uma velocidade espacial de até 4 volumes de óleo hidrocarbonado por hora por volume de capacidade da zona de craqueamento hidráulico; (b) remoção do topo da zona de craqueamento hidráulico de um efluente misto contendo uma fase gasosa compreendendo hidrogênio e hidrocarbonetos e uma fase líquida compreendendo hidrocarbonetos pesados; (c) passagem do efluente misto para dentro de um recipiente separador a quente; (d) remoção, do topo do separador, de um fluxo gasoso compreendendo hidrogênio e hidrocarbonetos vaporosos; (e) remoção, do fundo do separador, de um fluxo líquido compreendendo hidrocarbonetos pesados e partículas de aditivo de inibição de coque; e (f) fracionamento do fluxo líquido separado para obter um fluxo de hidrocarboneto pesado o qual ferve acima de 450°C, o fluxo de hidrocarboneto pesado referido contendo as partículas de aditivo referidas, e um produto de óleo. De acordo com a nova característica, no mínimo parte do fluxo de hidrocarboneto pesado fracionado em ebulição acima de 450°C é reciclada para formar parte da matéria-prima de óleo hidrocarbonado pesado a um óleo aromático de polaridade inferior é acrescentado à matéria-prima de óleo hidrocarbondo pesado de tal modo que seja mantida uma elevada proporção de aromáticos de polaridade inferior para asfaltenos durante o processamento hidráulico. Isto fornece excelentes rendimentos sem a formação de coque.
