Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a) 非酸性の水素化処理触媒を触媒蒸留構造物の形態で収容する反 応蒸留ゾーンを有する蒸留塔反応器に、パラ−キシレン、メタ−キシレン、オ ルト−キシレン、およびオレフィン類を含有する芳香族化合物混合流れと水素 とを供給する工程; (b) (i) 非酸性の水素化処理触媒の存在下で芳香族化合物混合流 れと水素とを接触させて、芳香族化合物混合流れ中に含まれているオレフィ ン類の実質的に全てを選択的に水素化することと (ii) C8以下の沸騰物質をC9以上の重質物質から分離することを 前記第1の反応蒸留ゾーンにおいて同時的に行う工程;および (c) C8以下の軽質物質を選択的吸着ユニットに供給し、パラ−キシレ ンをC8以下の軽質物質の残部から分離する工程; を含む、パラ−キシレンを製造および回収するための方法。 2. (d) 選択的吸着ユニットからのパラ−キシレン含量の少ない物質を 異性化ユニットに供給し、さらなるパラ−キシレンを生成させる工程;および (e) 前記異性化ユニットからの流出物を前記選択的吸着ユニットに供給 する工程; を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 3. 前記異性化からの流出物の一部を、選択的吸着ユニットに供給する前に 前記蒸留塔反応器に供給する、請求項2記載の方法。 4. 前記の非酸性水素化処理触媒が、アルミナベースに担持された第VIII族 金属を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 5. 前記選択的吸着ユニットが、X型およびY型構造のゼオライトの群から 選ばれる吸着剤を収容する、請求項1記載の方法。 6. 前記異性化ユニットに水素を加える、請求項2記載の方法。 7. 前記の非酸性水素化処理触媒が、アルミナベースに担持された第VIII族 金属を含む、請求項2記載の方法。 8. 前記異性化触媒が第VIII族金属含有ゼオライトを含む、請求項7記載の 方法。 9. 前記選択的吸着ユニットが、X型およびY型構造のゼオライトの群から 選ばれる吸着剤を収容する、請求項8記載の方法。 10. 前記芳香族流れが、約50.0%のm−キシレン、20.0%のp−キシレン、20 .0%のo−キシレン、および10.0%のエチルベンゼンを含有する、請求項1記載の 方法。 11. 前記芳香族流れが1.0wppm未満のオレフィン類を含有する、請求項1記 載の方法。 12. 前記異性化ユニットがストレートパス固定床ユニットを含む、請求項2 記載の方法。 13. (a) (i) 水素;および (ii) パラ−キシレン、メタ−キシレン、オルト−キシレン、およびオ レフィン類を含んだC9以上の重質沸騰物質とC8以下の軽質沸騰物質とを含 有する芳香族化合物混合流れ; を、非酸性の水素化処理触媒を触媒蒸留構造物の形態で収容する反応蒸留ゾー ンを有する蒸留塔反応器に供給する工程; (b) (i) 蒸留反応ゾーンにおいて非酸性の水素化処理触媒の存在下 で、芳香族化合物混合流れを水素と共に反応ゾーン中に沸騰させて、芳香族 化合物混合流れ中に含まれているオレフィン類の実質的に全てを選択的に水 素化すること;および (ii) C8以下の軽質沸騰物質をC9以上の重質物質から分離すること; を前記蒸留塔反応器において同時的に行う工程; (c) C8以下の軽質沸騰物質を選択的吸着ユニットに供給し、そこでパ ラ−キシレンをC8以下の軽質沸騰物質の残部から分離する工程;および (d) 選択的吸着ユニットからのパラ−キシレン含量の少ない物質を、芳 香族異性化触媒を収容する固定床異性化反応器に供給し、水素の存在下にて前 記パラ−キシレン含量の少ない流れを芳香族異性化触媒と接触させてパラ−キ シレンを製造する工程; を含む、パラ−キシレンを製造および回収するための方法。 14. (a) 蒸留反応塔; (b) 水素を前記塔に供給するための配管; (c) C8以下の軽質沸騰物質と、パラ−キシレン、メタ−キシレン、オ ルト−キシレン、およびオレフィン類を含むC9以上の重質沸騰物質とを含有 する芳香族化合物混合流れを前記蒸留反応塔に供給するための配管; (d) 非酸性の水素化処理触媒を触媒蒸留構造物の形態で収容している、 前記塔内の反応蒸留ゾーン; (e) 前記反応蒸留塔からのC8以下の軽質物質を選択的吸着ユニットに 供給するための配管; (f) パラ−キシレンをC8以下の軽質物質の残部から分離するための選 択的吸着ユニット; (g) 前記選択的吸着ユニットからのp−キシレン含量の少ない流れを固 定床異性化反応器に供給するための配管;および (h) 芳香族化合物異性化触媒を収容している固定床異性化反応器; を含む、パラ−キシレンを製造および回収するための装置。
