Abstract
コヒーレント電磁放射光の少なくとも1つのビーム(22)を用いて半加工品(2)を加熱する段階と、そのように加熱された半加工品(2)から容器を形成する段階とを含む。本発明はまた、容器(2)を製造するのに使用する装置(1)に関し、その装置(1)は、加熱された半加工品(2)から容器を形成するために半加工品(2)を加熱するユニット(16)を備える。本発明による装置(1)は、半加工品(2)が、加熱ユニット(16)内部をそれに沿って移動する経路(23)を画成する。さらに、加熱ユニット(16)は、前述の経路(23)上に配置された領域(25)に向けられた少なくとも1つのコヒーレント電磁放射光源(26)を備える。
Description
−コヒーレント電磁放射光の少なくとも1つのビームによって実行されるパリソンを加熱する段階と、次いで
−そのように加熱されたパリソンから容器を形成する段階と
を含む。
テストの示すところによれば、光スペクトル全域中で、PET(最も一般的な用途の容器のプリフォームが通常製作される材料)などの熱可塑性材を加熱するのに有用な放射光は、赤外線近くの領域、すなわち700nmと1600nmとの間の範囲の波長である。
1.先ず第1に、Nd:YAGタイプのレーザ(このタイプのレーザは、出力4.4kWのネオジム添加イットリウムアルミニウムガーネット増幅器を備え、波長1064nmの赤外線ビームを生成する)
2.第2に、2つの波長808nmおよび940nmそれぞれを組み合わせた赤外線ビームを生成する出力3kWのレーザダイオード、および
3.第3に、波長808nmの赤外線ビームを生成する出力500Wのレーザダイオードである。
次に、図6〜11を参照して、3つの別々の例示的実施形態により、加熱ユニットをより詳細に説明する。
2.1(実施例1)
第1の例示的実施形態を図6〜8を参照して説明する。
次いで、第2の例示的実施形態を図9および10を参照して説明する。この第2の実施例は、装置1が単一の加熱ユニット16を備える図9に示される第1実施形態と、装置1が連続する2つの加熱ユニット16を備える点で第1実施形態の変形形態を形成する、図10に示される第2実施形態とを含む。
次いで、第3の例示的実施形態を図11〜13を参照して説明する。

Claims (32)
- コヒーレント電磁放射光の少なくとも1つのビーム(22)によって実行される前記パリソン(2)を加熱する段階と、次いで
そのように加熱された前記パリソン(2)から容器を形成する段階と
を含む熱可塑性パリソン(2)から容器を製造する方法であって、
前記パリソン(2)を加熱する段階が、電磁放射光の複数の重畳ビーム(22)によって実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記パリソン(2)を加熱する段階が、電磁放射光の複数の隣接するビーム(22)によって実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各ビーム(22)が平面状である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 各ビーム(22)が、所定の総体的な方向に向けられ、前記加熱段階中、前記パリソン(2)が、前記ビーム(22)の前記方向に実質的に直交する経路(23)を少なくとも局所的に辿らされる、請求項1から3の一項に記載の方法。
- 各ビーム(22)が、所定の総体的な方向に向けられ、前記加熱段階中、前記パリソン(2)が、前記ビーム(22)の前記総体的な方向に実質的に平行な経路(23)を少なくとも局所的に辿らされる、請求項1から3の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱段階において、前記パリソン(2)が所定の軸の回りに回転させられる、請求項1から5の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記回転軸が、前記パリソン(2)の回転軸(A)に一致する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記パリソン(2)が、ネック部(3)および本体(4)を有し、前記電磁放射光のビームが、前記パリソン(2)の本体(4)に向けられる、請求項1から7の一項に記載の方法。
- 加熱段階中、前記パリソン(2)のネック部(3)が上に向けられている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記パリソン(2)のネック部(3)が通風されている、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱段階中、前記ビーム(22)が、少なくとも1度は反射面から反射される、請求項1から10の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ビーム(22)がレーザビームである、請求項1から11の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ビームからの放射光が赤外線放射光である、請求項1から12の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記放射光の波長が約1600nm以下である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記放射光の波長が約700nmと1600nmとの間である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性パリソン(2)から容器を製造する装置において、加熱された前記パリソン(2)から容器を形成する目的で、前記パリソン(2)を加熱する加熱ユニット(16)を備え、前記装置(1)は、前記パリソン(2)が前記加熱ユニット(16)内で辿るように目途された経路(23)を画成する装置であって、前記加熱ユニット(16)が、前記パリソン(2)の前記経路(23)上に設定された領域(25)に向けられるコヒーレント電磁放射光源(24)を少なくとも1つ備えることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記パリソン(2)の前記経路(23)が実質的に直線であり、前記複数の放射光源(24)が、前記経路(23)を横切る方向に向けられている、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱ユニット(16)が、前記経路に平行に配置された1列の隣接する光源を備える、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱ユニット(16)が、前記経路に平行に配置された重畳する複数の放射光源列を備える、請求項18に記載の装置。
