Claims (10)

- 細菌培養物においてカルボン酸を生産するための方法であって、
a)培養物において細菌を増殖させる工程であって、該細菌は、ΔadhE、ΔldhA、ΔpoxB、ΔsdhAB、ΔiclR、ΔptsG、Δ(ackA−pta)を含む、工程;
b)該細菌に糖基質を供給する工程;
c)好気性条件下で、該細菌が該糖を代謝して十分なバイオマスにすることを可能にする工程;
d)嫌気性条件下で、該細菌が該糖を代謝してカルボン酸生産を最大限にすることを可能にする工程;ならびに、
e)該培養物からカルボン酸を回収する工程、
を包含する、方法。 - 前記細菌が、ΔptsGをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記細菌が、過剰発現されたPYCをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記カルボン酸がコハク酸であり、前記糖がグルコースであり、コハク酸が、グルコース1モルにつき1.5モルよりも多く回収される、請求項9に記載の方法。
