Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のリムは、プラスチック材料基質と一体にされた構造繊維織物の所定数の層(12)を型(8、9)の内側部分(8)に取り付け、その上に膨張バッグ(13)を配置し、膨張バッグ(13)の上に所定数の前記層(12a、B)を折りたたみ、折りたたまれた前記層(12a)の上に、少なくとも1つの中子(14)を取り付け、中子(14)の上に所定数の前記層(12b、A)を折りたたみ、層全体を囲うように型(8、9)の外側部分(9)を取り付け、膨張バッグ(13)を膨らませ、前記プラスチック材料基質の網状組織を形成するのに十分な温度まで型(8、9)を昇温させ、型(8、9)から前記自転車車輪のリムを取り出し、中子(14)を取り外すことにより製造される。

Description
前記内周壁、前記外周壁、前記2つの周壁、前記翼壁を形成する、プラスチック材料基質と一体にされた構造繊維織物の所定数の層を型の内側部分に取り付けるステップと;
前記層の上に膨張バッグを配置するステップと;
前記膨張バッグの上に前記層の第1の所定数を折りたたむステップと;
前記折りたたまれた前記層の第1の所定数の上に少なくとも1つの中子を取り付けるステップと;
前記中子の上に前記層の第2の所定数を折りたたむステップと;
前記層を囲うように前記型の外側部分を取り付けるステップと;
前記層を前記型に押し付けるよう前記膨張バッグを膨らませるステップと;
前記プラスチック材料基質の網状組織を形成するに十分な温度まで前記型を昇温させるステップと;
前記型から前記自転車車輪のリムを取り出し、前記中子を取り外し、構造繊維材料の単一部品として形成された自転車車輪のリムを得るステップと、からなる方法により製造することができる。
また、好ましくは、前記中子を形成する材料はPTFE(polytetrafluoroethene)、FEP(fluorinated ethene propene)、PCTFE(polychlorotrifluoroethene)、PVDF(polyfluorodivinylidene)、PE−HD(高密度ポリエチレン)であり得る。
型成形工程の後、冷却段階が続き、その後型が開放されて中子14が取り除かれる。
Claims (7)
- 内周壁(3)と、外周壁(2)と、前記2つの周壁(2、3)をつなぐ2つの側壁(4、5)と、タイヤを固定するため前記外周壁(2)の2つの側部から外方向へ延びる2つの円周翼壁(6)とからなる形式の自転車車輪のリムであって、
前記リムが、当リムの前記内周壁(3)、前記側壁(4、5)、2つの翼壁(6)を形成するように延びる第1の層(A、12、12b)と、前記内周壁(3)、前記側壁(4、5)、前記外周壁(2)を形成するよう設けられた第2の層(B、12、12a)とを少なくとも含む層状の構造繊維ベース材料の単一部品として作られていることを特徴とするリム。 - 前記構造繊維が、カーボン繊維、ガラス繊維、アラミッド繊維、ボロン繊維、セラミック繊維、あるいはこれらの任意の組み合せの中から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1にかかるリム。
- 対称の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1にかかるリム。
- 非対称の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1にかかるリム。
- 前記第1の層(A、12、12b)と、前記第2の層(B、12、12b)の繊維ベース材料が織物からできていることを特徴とする、請求項1にかかるリム。
- 前記層構造が、前記リムの外周壁と2つの翼壁を形成するよう配置された第3の層(C)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1にかかるリム。
- 前記層構造が、前記翼壁が分離する前記リムの外周壁の側部に巻かれた第4の層(D)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1にかかるリム。
