Claims (24)
- −銅の電解から得られた陽極汚泥を銅の分離のために溶脱し、
−該汚泥を汚泥のセレンの分離および金属の硫酸塩化のために焼成し、
−溶脱によって前記汚泥より銀を分離し、
−銀溶脱より得られる残渣から金を分離し、
−金分離より得られる前記残渣より白金金属を分離する、陽極汚泥の貴金属および不純物を分離する湿式冶金法において、
−前記焼成を2段階で実施し、
−前記汚泥を中性水溶液中に溶脱することによって前記硫酸塩化した銀を分離し、
−該溶脱銀を前記水溶液より分離することを特徴とする湿式冶金法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、該方法は、前記陽極汚泥の銅の一部を通常の圧力で、酸素の存在下で、80〜100℃の温度で、好ましくは95〜100℃の温度で、硫酸溶液中に溶出すること特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、銅の溶脱で使用する酸素源は空気、好ましくは酸素ガスであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、銅除去後の前記汚泥の銅の含有量は10%を超えることができることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記汚泥は2段階で焼成し、セレンを第1の段階で取り除き、金属を第2の段階で硫酸塩化することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、第1の焼成段階において、前記汚泥は、セレンを酸化するため、およびSeO2ガスを生成するために、450〜600℃の温度で焼成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、該方法は、セレンを酸化するために空気などの酸素を含むガスを第1の焼成段階で使用することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、該方法は、セレンを酸化するために酸素を含むガスおよび二酸化硫黄を第1の焼成段階で使用することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、該方法は、セレンを酸化するために酸素および三酸化硫黄を第1の焼成段階で使用することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、該方法は、硫酸塩化の行程で濃硫酸を使用することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記硫酸塩化は、焼成炉中で第1の焼成段階の後に、第1段階の温度より低い温度で実施することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記硫酸塩化の温度は300〜420℃であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記水性溶脱温度は80〜100℃であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記水性溶脱行程から得られた溶液からは、銅と固定することにより、銀を分離することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項14に記載の方法において、該方法は、銅棒または銅板により銀を固定し、銅表面上の溶液流を高速に保つことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記水性溶脱より得られた溶液から銀を抽出により分離することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記水性溶脱より得られた溶液から銀を電解によって分離することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、該方法は、テルルおよび砒素などの不純物を溶脱し分離するために、前記水性溶脱より得られた溶脱残渣を硫酸に溶脱することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項18に記載の方法において、前記硫酸の含有量は好ましくは400g/Lを超えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記汚泥の貴金属hが、中性溶脱の後、過酸化水素または塩素などの酸化試薬を用いて、前記溶脱残渣から溶脱によって塩酸中に分離し、金および白金金属を還元することにより金を溶液から分離することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20に記載の方法において、前記塩化物溶脱からの溶脱残渣は濃硫酸により処理し、それを焼成炉にかけることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20に記載の方法において、金をSO2ガスで還元することにより分離することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20に記載の方法において、金をジブチルカルビトールで抽出することにより分離することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20に記載の方法において、白金金属を鉄で固定することにより塩酸溶液から分離することを特徴とする方法。
