Claims (14)
- 第1の色に対応する画素と、第2の色に対応する画素と、第3の色に対応する画素とを有する表示装置において、
前記3つの画素のいずれかは、他の画素と形状が異なる金属パターンが配置された特定画素となっていることを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記金属パターンは、他の金属パターンと平面的に離間していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記特定画素の画素電極は、他の画素の画素電極より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記特定画素で、前記金属パターンが画素電極を小さくするために他の画素と比べ画素電極の形状が異なっている領域に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記画素電極と平面的に重畳する共通電極を有し、画素電極は開口部を有し、該開口部は画素電極が小さい画素で他の画素より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記画素電極と平面的に重畳する共通電極を有し、前記金属パターン部に隣接する他の画素の共通電極と電気的に接続するブリッジ配線を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の表示装置。
- 第1の色のカラーフィルタを有する第1画素と、第2の色のカラーフィルタを有する第2画素と、第3の色のカラーフィルタを有する第3画素を有し、前記各画素は前記カラーフィルタと対向する画素電極を有し、前記各画素電極は複数のスリットを有する表示装置であって、
前記第1画素の画素電極の外形面積は、前記第2画素の画素電極の外形面積よりも小さいことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記第1画素の金属層の面積は、前記第2画素の金属層の面積より大きいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記画素電極に平面的に重畳する共通電極を有し、該共通電極は前記画素電極のスリット部にも平面的に形成されており、前記第1画素の画素電極のスリットの総面積は、前記第2画素の画素電極のスリットの総面積よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1画素の画素電極のスリットの位置と、前記第2画素の画素電極のスリットの位置が異なることを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1画素の画素電極のスリットの数は、前記第2画素の画素電極のスリットの数より少ないことを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1画素の画素電極のスリットの幅は、前記第2画素の画素電極のスリットの幅より狭いことを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1画素の画素電極のスリットの間隔は、前記第2画素の画素電極のスリットの間隔より広いことを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1画素の画素電極のスリットの角度と、前記第2画素の画素電極のスリットの角度が異なることを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
