Abstract
Description
本発明は、先行技術の要望を効果的に処理する、方法、装置及びシステムを提供する。

病気の人々の高熱による発作や死以外にも毎年健康な何千の人々に起こることだが、低温(冷たい)状態及び高温(暑い)状態の両方ともが脳への損傷や急速に引き続いて起こる死を引きおこすことが出来る。連続的脳温度モニタリングによって提供される適切な時機を得た警告なしには、低温障害或いは高温障害によって冒されたあらゆる人々は熱によって引き起こされる脳損傷の危険がある。
あるいはまた、例えばベッドのそばに置く小卓の上のように、アンテナは患者の周りのあらゆる場所に設置され得る。

Claims (60)
- 脳の管の末端の皮膚上に配置された支持構造物であって、
脳の管の末端の皮膚上に配置されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに含まれ脳の管の末端の前記皮膚上で生じる信号を測定するためのセンサーであって、前記ハウジングの縁に隣接して配置されたセンサーと、
から成ることを特徴とする支持構造物。 - 前記センサーはハウジング内の偏心した位置に設置される請求項1記載の支持構造物。
- 前記ハウジングの外縁から前記センサーの外縁までの距離は11mm以下である請求項1記載の支持構造物。
- 前記距離は6mm以下である請求項3記載の支持構造物。
- 前記距離は3mm以下である請求項4記載の支持構造物。
- 前記ハウジングは、パッチ、クリップ、眼鏡の目頭当て、眼鏡の修正された鼻当て及び頭に取り付ける装置のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項1記載の支持構造物。
- 前記パッチは、最大寸法11mm以下である請求項6記載の支持構造物。
- 前記ハウジングは、動力源を有する請求項1記載の支持構造物。
- 前記ハウジングは、マイクロプロセッサーを有する請求項1記載の支持構造物。
- 前記ハウジングは、無線送信機を有する請求項1記載の支持構造物。
- 前記無線送信機は、無線周波数、光、音及び電磁気エネルギーのうち少なくとも一つによって信号を伝送する請求項10記載の支持構造物。

- 前記製造物品は、医療装置、運動器具、自転車、衣類、はきもの、気候調節システム、電気毛布、乗り物の座席、家具、スポーツ器具及び軍事装置のうち少なくとも1つを含む請求項23記載の支持構造物。
- 前記支持構造物は、有線の送信機を有する請求項1記載の支持構造物。
- 前記有線の送信機は、表示装置と有線でつながれている請求項25記載の支持構造物。
- 前記無線送信機のための受信機は、時計、携帯電話、コンピューター、インターネット装置及びポケベルのうちの少なくとも一つを含む請求項10記載の支持構造物。
- 脳の管の末端の皮膚上に近接して配置された支持構造物であって、
脳の管の末端の皮膚に近接して配置されたハウジングと、
該ハウジングに含まれ、脳の管上の前記センサーの視野に投影する目的で前記ハウジングから間を開けて配置されたセンサーと、
から成ることを特徴とする支持構造物。 - 前記センサーは、赤外線放射を検知する請求項28記載の支持構造物。
- 前記センサーは、脳温度及び血液中の物質濃度の少なくとも一つを測定する請求項28記載の支持構造物。
- 前記ハウジングは、パッチ、クリップ、目頭当て、修正された鼻当て、頭に付ける装置、持ち運びできる手でつかむことができる装置のうちの少なくとも一つを含む請求項28記載の支持構造物。
- 前記目頭当ては、取り外しができるように眼鏡に取り付けられている請求項31記載の支持構造物。
- 生物学的パラメーターを計測する眼鏡であって、
右側レンズふち及び右側つる一式と、
左側レンズふち及び左側つる一式と、
及び支持ブリッジと鼻当て部を含む中央コネクター部品であって、前記支持ブリッジは前記右側レンズ及び右側つる一式と左側レンズふち及び左側つる一式とを取り外し可能なように結合している中央コネクター部品と、
から成ることを特徴とする眼鏡。 - 前記中央コネクター部品は、鼻当て部分の少なくとも一つの縁と隣接して配置されたセンサーを含む請求項33記載の眼鏡。
- 脳の管の中の生物学的パラメーターを計測する頭に取り付ける支持構造物であって、
頭にかぶるためのハウジングと、
頭からの汗流体を受けることができ、前記汗流体の中に存在する物質の濃度に対応して信号を作り出すことができる前記ハウジング内に含まれる汗センサーと、
から成ることを特徴とする頭に取り付ける支持構造物。 - 前記ハウジングは、眼鏡、頭のバンド及び耳をくるむ装置のうち少なくとも一つを含む請求項35記載の頭に取り付ける支持構造物。
- 脳の管の中で生物学的パラメーターを測定する支持構造物であって、
顔にかける眼鏡と、
前記眼鏡に取り外し可能なように取り付けられた目頭部品であって、センサーを含む目頭部品と、
から成ることを特徴とする支持構造物。 - 脳の管の中で、生物学的パラメーターを測定する目頭当てであって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内のセンサーと、
動力源と、
及び報告する装置と、
から成ることを特徴とする目頭当てであって、信号を作り、報告するために前記センサーと前記動力源及び前記報告装置は電気的に結合している目頭当て。 - 前記ハウジングは、一対の眼鏡に取り付けられている請求項37記載の目頭当て。
- 前記報告装置は、音声報告、視覚報告及び遠隔ユニットへの無線報告のうちの少なくとも一つを含む請求項37記載の目頭当て。
- 前記ハウジングは、接着部位を有する請求項37記載の目頭当て。
- 脳の管内の生物学的パラメーターを計測する支持構造物であって、
顔に掛ける眼鏡と、
センサーを有する目頭当てを眼鏡に取り付けるための孔を含む眼鏡の鼻当てと、
及び前記鼻当てと報告装置を結びつけるための電気的コネクターと、
から成ることを特徴とする支持構造物。 - 脳の管内の生物学的パラメーターを計測する支持構造物であって、
眼鏡の鼻当て部分に取り付けられている目頭キャップと、
前記目頭キャップ内に含まれるセンサーであって、生物学的パラメーターを計測するセンサーと、
から成ることを特徴とする支持構造物。 - 前記目頭キャップは、動力源と報告装置を有する請求項41記載の支持構造物。
- 脳の管内の生物学的パラメーターを計測する支持構造物の鼻当てであって、
ハウジングと、
ハウジング内に含まれるセンサーと、
及び前記ハウジングを回転することによって異なる位置へセンサーを位置決めするセンサーに結ばれた回転可能な装置と、
から成ることを特徴とする支持構造物の鼻当て。 - 生物学的パラメーターを計測する支持構造物であって、
顔の皮膚に接触して掛けられた眼鏡と、
前記皮膚をてらすための眼鏡内に含まれる電磁気放射源と、
及び前記皮膚によって放射される電磁気放射の強度を検出するための眼鏡内に含まれる光検出器であって、測定された生物学的パラメーターの濃度を表示するスペクトルの変化を検出する光検出器と、
から成ることを特徴とする支持構造物。 - 光源と光検出器は、眼鏡内で並行して配置される請求項44記載の支持構造物。
- 光源と光検出器は、眼鏡内のお互いに反対側に配置される請求項44記載の支持構造物。
- 脳の管の末端の皮膚上に配置する支持構造物であって、
脳の管の末端の皮膚上に配置するハウジングと、
ハウジング内に含まれ、脳の管の末端の前記皮膚上に生じた信号を計測するためのセンサーであって、前記ハウジングの縁に隣接して配置されたセンサーと、
及び前記センサーを処理装置及び報告装置につなげる電気装置と、
から成ることを特徴とする支持構造物。 - 脳の管内の生物学的パラメーターを計測する支持構造物であって、
脳の管から赤外線エネルギーを受け取り、脳の管の中で生じる赤外線エネルギーに基づいて、前記脳の管の中に存在する少なくとも一つの物質の赤外線吸収を計測する検知装置と、
及び計測された赤外線吸収に基づく少なくとも一つの物質の濃度を決定する処理装置と、
から成ることを特徴とする支持構造物。 - 脳の管の末端の皮膚上に位置する支持構造物であって、
脳の管からの熱エネルギーを電気力に変換する相違する金属線を有する熱電気装置と、
脳の管上に位置し、熱電気装置の熱接点を持つ目頭当てと、
鼻の上に位置し、熱電気装置の冷接点を持つ鼻当てと、
熱電気装置によって動力を供給されるセンサーと、
及び熱電気装置によって生じるエネルギーを貯蔵する蓄電器と、
から成ることを特徴とする支持構造物。 - 生物学的パラメーターの測定方法であって、
脳の管の末端の皮膚上のセンサーを位置決めする工程と、
センサーによって測定された生物学的パラメーターに相当する信号を作り出す工程と、
及び前記信号の値を表示装置に報告する工程と、
から成ることを特徴とする測定方法。 - 脳の管内の生物学的パラメーターの測定方法であって、
脳の管からの赤外線エネルギーを受け取る工程と、
前記脳の管から受け取った赤外線エネルギーの量を表す信号を作る工程と、
生物学的パラメーターの値を決定するために前記信号を処理する工程と、
及び前記値を報告する工程と、
から成ることを特徴とする測定方法。 - 物質の濃度を決定するために前記管内の少なくとも一つの物質の赤外線吸収を測定する工程をさらに有する請求項51記載の方法。
- 測定された生物学的パラメーターは、脳温度、代謝機能及び物質の血中濃度のうち少なくとも一つを含む請求項51記載の方法。
- 脳の管内の生物学的パラメーターの測定方法であって、
脳の管へ赤外線エネルギーを向ける工程と、
前記脳の管から受け取った赤外線エネルギーの量を表示する信号を作り出す工程と、
生物学的パラメーターの値を決定するために前記信号を処理する工程と、
及び前記値を報告する工程と、
から成ることを特徴とする測定方法。 - 眼鏡を合わせる方法であって、
顔からの赤外線放射を測定する工程と、
前記顔からの赤外線画像を作り出す工程と、
及び作り出された赤外線画像に応じて眼鏡を調節する工程と、
から成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 熱放射にさらされる個人への熱放射による熱ダメージの警告方法であって、
前記個人の体温を測定する工程と、
測定された体温は、熱によるダメージを発現させる条件のあらかじめ定められた基準にあっているかどうか決定するために測定された体温を解析する工程と、
及び前記条件を前記個人に通知する工程と、
から成ることを特徴とする警告方法。 - 運動中における個人の安全性と効果とを高める方法であって、
体温を測定する工程と、
運動中の安全性と効果とを高めるために前記測定した体温に基づいたあらかじめ定められた基準による摂取液体のタイプ、量及び時間を決定する工程と、
から成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 使用者の脳の温度を測定する温度センサーと、
前記使用者の脳の温度から前記使用者の身体の熱的状態を決定する処理装置と、
及び前記熱的状態が予定された値より外れた時、前記使用者に報告する報告装置と、
