Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.部品(1)が、空隙(11.1)を有する多孔質材料で形成されるか、または空隙が 圧力によって生成され得る多孔質材料であって、 内側の閉端部(41)で穴(4、4.1−4.4)に挿入される接合素子で、 接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)が第1の所定位置における穴に配置され、それから その接合素子が、穴の軸に概ね平行に向けられた押力(F)で穴の第1の所定位置 から第2の所定位置により深く押し付けられることを特徴とし、 接合素子が力消費なしで第1の所定位置に概ね配置され、かつ第2の所定位 置に押し付けられるとき、少なくとも1つの予め決められた留め箇所(31、33)に おいて接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)と穴(4、4.1−4.4)の壁面との間に圧力が高まるよ うにお互いが調和する接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)および穴(4、4.1−4.4)で、 予め決められた留め箇所(31、33)の付近に少なくとも熱可塑性材料から作ら れた接合素子で、また接合素子を第2の所定位置に押し込んでいる間に、熱可塑 性材料が少なくとも1つの予め決められた留め箇所(31、33)の付近で可塑化され 、かつ圧力によってその熱可塑性材料が部品1の孔または空隙に押し込まれ、か つ巨視的な留め具(10、20)が形成されるようなやり方でエネルギーが接合素子に 供給される、部品(1)における接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)を留める方法。 2.第1の所定位置において接合素子が穴の閉端部まで伸びるかまたは閉端部(4 1)の付近において穴の断面縮小部(43)に係るように、接合素子(3、3.1−3.4 )および穴(4、4.1−4.4)は互いに調和するという点で、少なくとも1つの予 め決められた留め箇所(31)は閉端部(41)の付近において提供されることを特 徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.接合素子は、第1の部品(1)を同様に多孔質材料から作られたかまたは空隙 を備えた第2の部品(2.2)に接続するための接続ピン(3.2)であって、穴(4.2 )は第2の部品(2.2)を貫通して且つ更なる留め箇所(33)が提供されることを 特徴とし、また、第2の部品(2.2)において穴(4.2)が階段状の断面縮小部(4 2)を有 し、かつその断面縮小部(42)に概ね対応していて、第1の所定位置において 接合ピンが階段状の断面縮小部に係るのに用いるショルダーを接合ピン(3.2 )が有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 4.接合素子は接合ピン(3.1)であり、第1の部品(1)を第2の部品(2.1)に接合 するために穴(4.1)は第2の部品(2.1)を貫通し、かつ接合ピン(3.1)は先端 部状のシックニングを有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 5.ある第1の部品(5、6)を第1の部品(1)に接合するために、第2の部品(5、6 )は接合素子(3)を用いて単体に(in one piece)生成されるか、または接合素 子(3.3)に留められる前または後に第2の部品(5、6)は固定されることを特 徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 6.接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)は、エネルギー供給のため、超音波で励起されるこ とを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 7.接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)は全体的に熱可塑性材料から作られ、少なくとも1 つの留め箇所(31、32)の付近ではその熱可塑性材料は接合素子の残材(the r emainder)よりも低い温度で可塑化され、かつ熱形式のエネルギーが接合素 子(3、3.1−3.4)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか 一項に記載の方法。 8.少なくとも1つの留め箇所(31,33)の付近で、接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)はその 中に組み込まれた金属粒子を有する熱可塑性材料の表面領域を有し、かつ接 合素子(3、3.1−3.4)はエネルギー供給のために誘導的に加熱されることを 特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9.接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)が留められる部品(1、2.2)は木製かまたは木製状の 材料から作られることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の 方 法。 10.接合素子(3、3.1−3.3)が留められる部品(1、2.2)は砂岩、多孔性の、セラ ミック材料、焼けた煉瓦またはコンクリートを含むことを特徴とする請求項 1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 11.接合素子(3.4)が留められる部品(1)は空隙(11)を有する軽量構造部材であり 、穴(4.4)の閉端部付近において空隙領域(11.1)に放射状の開口部が本質的 に存在するか又はこの開口部が押力によって生成されるように、穴(4.4)は 内側層(1.2)によってか、または空隙(11)に位置する素子によって閉じられ た、外側層(1.1)を通る通し穴であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のい ずれか一項に記載の方法。 12.穴(4、4.1−4.4)の閉端部に向けられる内側およびそれに面している外側を 有する前記接合素子であって、 その内側上に接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)は少なくとも熱可塑性材料から作ら れた表面領域を有する予め決められた第1の留め箇所(31)および外側に対し て第1の留め箇所から間隔をあけられた第2の留め箇所(33)を有するか、ま たは前記外側上に更なる部品(6)を固定するために先端部状のシックニング (32)または手段(34)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか 一項に記載の方法に用いられる接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)。 13.接合素子はピン状であり、かつショルダー形式の第2の留め箇所(33)を有す ることを特徴とする請求項12記載の接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)。 14.接合素子は、更なる部品(6)を固定するための手段として内部ねじを有する ことを特徴とする請求項12記載の接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)。 15.接合素子は全体的に熱可塑性材料から作られることを特徴とする請求項12 乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)。 16.予め決められた留め箇所(31、33)の付近において熱可塑性材料は、接合素子 の他の領域における熱可塑性材料よりも低い温度で可塑化可能であることを 特徴とする請求項15記載の接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)。 17.接合素子は熱硬化性材料を含み、かつ予め決められた留め箇所(31、33)にお いて熱可塑性材料の表面領域を有することを特徴とする請求項12乃至14 のいずれか一項に記載の接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)。 18.熱可塑性材料において、接合素子は予め決められた留め箇所の付近に組み込 まれた金属粒子を有することを特徴とする請求項12乃至14のいずれか一 項に記載の接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)。 19.接合素子はピン状であり、かつその内側の箇所にテーパを付けるか、または 平面または凹形の面を有することを特徴とする請求項12乃至18のいずれ か一項に記載の接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)。 20.熱可塑性材料はポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、またはポリエステル炭酸塩 か、またはアクリロニトリルブタジエン−スチレン、スチレン−アクリロニ トリル、ポリメタクリル酸メチル、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリエチレン、ポリプ ロピレンまたはポリスチレンであることを特徴とする請求項12乃至19の いずれか一項に記載の接合素子(3、3.1−3.4)。 21.請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の方法の用途、および固体木製シャ ッターまたは窓枠の個々の部品を接合するための請求項12乃至20のいず れか一項に記載の接合素子。 22.請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の方法の用途、および取り付け具を チップボードまたは軽量構造部材に固定するために請求項12乃至20のい ずれか一項に記載の接合素子。
