Claims (31)
- コネクタ要素(10;110;210;310)を受入れ物体(66)内に固定する方法であって、前記受入れ物体(66)が、前記コネクタ要素(10;110;210;310)を受け入れるための取付け穴(64)を備える固定領域(63)を有し、前記コネクタ要素(10;110;210;310)が遠位端(18)および近位端(12)を有し、前記近位端(12)が、対合する第2のコネクタ境界面と係合するための第1のコネクタ境界面(14)を備え、前記方法が、
前記コネクタ要素(10;110;210;310)の前記遠位端(18)を挿入軸(A)に沿って挿入方向(68)に前記取付け穴(64)に挿入するステップ
を含む方法において、
熱可塑性材料を含むスリーブ(36)を前記取付け穴(64)に挿入するステップであって、前記スリーブ(36)が前記コネクタ要素(10;110;210;310)を取り囲む、ステップ、および
前記スリーブ(36)の前記熱可塑性材料の少なくとも一部分(76)を液化するためにエネルギーを伝達するステップ
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記スリーブ(36)と前記コネクタ要素(10)が予め組み立てられ、前記取付け穴(64)に同時に挿入される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギーが、機械的エネルギー伝達によって、好ましくは機械的振動によって伝達される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性材料の前記液化が、前記スリーブ(36)と前記コネクタ要素(10)との間の液化開始境界面(74、78)において開始される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液化開始境界面(74)が前記スリーブ(36)の遠位端(40)に位置する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギーが、前記スリーブ(36)の前記熱可塑性材料の軸方向に分離した複数の部分(41、58、49)を順番に液化するために伝達される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性材料の前記少なくとも一部分(76)を液化する前に、前記コネクタ要素(10)の前記遠位端(18)が軸方向端位置に移動され、前記軸方向端位置では、前記コネクタ要素(10)の前記遠位端(18)が前記取付け穴(64)の軸方向支持面(70)に当接する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブ(36)の前記熱可塑性材料が液化されたときに前記熱可塑性材料が浸透可能な固体材料を前記固定領域(63)が含み、前記方法が、
前記液化された熱可塑性材料(76)の少なくとも一部分が前記浸透可能材料内に浸透することを許容するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記液化された熱可塑性材料(76)の少なくとも一部分が、前記コネクタ要素(10)の本体(120)から半径方向に延びる構造物(28、22)を軸方向に取り囲むことを許容し、その後に、前記液化された熱可塑性材料(76)が固化して、前記コネクタ要素(10)と前記固定領域(63)との間の軸方向支持を提供することを許容するステップ

- 前記コネクタ要素(10;110;210;310)が前記受入れ物体(66)の外表面と同一平面をなす位置、もしくは前記コネクタ要素(10;110;210;310)が前記受入れ物体(66)の外表面内に沈められて皿穴を形成する位置まで、前記コネクタ要素(10;110;210;310)が前記取付け穴(64)に挿入され、かつ/または、前記スリーブ(36)の近位端(44)が前記受入れ物体(66)の前記外表面と同一平面をなす位置、もしくは前記スリーブ(6)の近位端(44)が前記受入れ物体(66)の前記外表面内に沈められて皿穴を形成する位置まで、前記スリーブ(36)が移動される、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 受入れ物体(66)内に固定されるように構成されたコネクタ要素(10;110;210;310)を含むコネクタ要素固定キットであって、前記コネクタ要素(10;110;210;310)が本体(20;120;220)を有し、前記本体(20;120;220)が、挿入軸(A)に沿った挿入方向(68)に前記受入れ物体(66)の取付け穴(64)に挿入するための遠位端(18)と、対合する第2のコネクタ境界面と係合するための第1のコネクタ境界面(14)を備える近位端(12)とを有する、コネクタ要素固定キットにおいて、前記コネクタ要素(10;110;210;310)固定キットが、熱可塑性材料を含むスリーブ(36)を含み、前記スリーブ(36)が遠位端(40)および近位端(44)を有し、前記スリーブ(36)が、前記コネクタ要素(10;110;210;310)を受け入れ、取り囲むように構成されていることを特徴とするコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 軸方向に分離した複数の溶融領域(74、78、80)において前記スリーブ(36)を液化するために、前記スリーブ(36)が、前記コネクタ要素(10)および/または前記受入れ物体(66)の軸方向に分離された複数の支持面(24、32、67)と係合するように構成された軸方向に分離された複数のショルダ部分(41、58、49)を備える、請求項15に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記コネクタ要素(10)が、その遠位端(18)に、前記挿入軸(A)に関して前記本体(20)から半径方向に延びる遠位端カラー(22;322)を有し、前記スリーブ(36)が、その遠位端(40)に、前記遠位端カラー(22;322)の横断面よりも小さな内横断面を有し、前記遠位端カラー(22;322)が前記スリーブ(36)の前記遠位端(40)と軸方向に係合する接着開始位置まで、前記コネクタ要素(10)が前記スリーブ(36)に挿入可能である、請求項15または16に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記遠位端カラー(22)が、前記半径方向に延びるにつれて前記挿入方向(68)の方へ傾斜する近位面(24)を有する、請求項17に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記遠位端カラー(22)が、前記スリーブ(36)の前記遠位端(40)との摩擦を増大させる表面構造物(26)を備える近位面(24)を有する、請求項17または18に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記スリーブ(36)が、少なくとも前記遠位端(40)を除く全ての軸方向位置において半径方向に隙間があるはめ合いで前記コネクタ要素(10)を取り囲むように構成された、請求項15から19のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記コネクタ要素(10)が、前記近位端と前記遠位端(12、18)の間の中間領域に位置する少なくとも1つの中間カラー(28)であり、前記挿入軸(A)に関して前記本体(20)から半径方向に延びる少なくとも1つの中間カラー(28)を備え、前記スリーブ(36)が、前記中間カラー(28)を受け入れるための内側を向いた周囲スロット(54)を備える、請求項15から20のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記周囲スロット(54)内に前記中間カラー(28)が受け入れられた接着開始位置に保持されるように、前記コネクタ要素(10)が前記スリーブ(36)に挿入可能であり、前記中間カラー(28)が、前記周囲スロット(54)の境界をなす近位エッジ(58)から軸方向に分離された、請求項21に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記スリーブ(36)が、熱可塑性材料の近位端液化カラー(47)を備える、請求項15から22のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記挿入軸(A)に沿って見たときに、前記スリーブ(36)が、前記コネクタ要素(10)よりも少なくとも20%長い、請求項15から23のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 摩擦接着可能なコネクタ・アセンブリ(62)を形成するために、前記コネクタ要素(10)が前記スリーブ(36)内に予め取り付けられた、請求項15から24のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記コネクタ要素(10)が、接着開始位置において前記スリーブ(36)とかみ合い式に係合するように構成された、請求項15から25のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記スリーブ(36)が、軸方向端(40)から前記スリーブ(36)内へ延びる拡張スロット(42a、42b)を備え、前記拡張スロット(42a、42b)が、前記スリーブ(36)が半径方向に弾性的に拡張されることを可能にする、請求項15から26のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記挿入軸(A)に対して垂直な断面内で見たときに前記スリーブ(36)が実質的に円形であり、前記スリーブ(36)の中心軸(C2)が前記挿入軸(A)と一致する、請求項15から27のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記第1のコネクタ境界面(14)が、対合する雄ねじを有するねじを受け入れるための雌ねじ(16)を有する雌コネクタ境界面である、請求項15から28のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 前記コネクタ要素(10)を取り囲んでいるときに前記挿入方向(68)に沿って見ると前記コネクタ要素(10)を少なくとも部分的に覆うように半径方向内側へ延びる近位端カラー(50)を、前記スリーブ(36)が備える、請求項15から29のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタ要素固定キット。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するように構成された機械(500)。
