Abstract

Description
適な接触面を含み、この接触面は有利には、接合要素軸と垂直に延在する。熱可塑性材料
は、壁固着部分における接合要素の周囲面の少なくとも一部を形成する。接合要素の遠位端とその壁固着部分の近位端との間の距離は、接合要素が開口部に導入されて固着される深さを実質的に規定する。

Claims (24)
- 熱可塑性材料および機械的振動の助けを借りて、物体に接合要素を固着するための方法であって、前記方法は、
物体に開口部(5)を設けるステップを含み、開口部(5)は、物体の表面に位置する口(5.1)と、口(5.1)から遠ざかって延在する円筒形または若干円錐形の壁とを有しており、前記方法はさらに、
軸(A)に沿って互いから距離をおいた近位端(1)および遠位端(2)を有する接合要素を設けるステップを含み、近位端(1)は、機械的振動および押付力を接合要素に加えるための振動ツール(30)との接触に好適な接触面(1.1)を装備しており、接合要素は、近位端(1)と遠位端(2)との間に、熱可塑性材料を含み、かつリブまたは隆起の形状をしたエネルギディレクタ(4.2)を装備した周囲面を有する実質的に円筒形のまたは若干円錐形の壁固着部分(3.2)を含んでおり、前記方法はさらに、
滑らかな周囲面を有する円筒形または若干円錐形の封止部分(3.1,30.1)を設けるステップを含み、封止部分(3.1,30.1)は、境界線(6)または境界溝(6.1)を介在させて、壁固着部分(3.2)の近位側に同軸上に位置付け可能であり、
封止部分(3.1,30.1)の断面は壁固着部分(3.2)の断面の覆いであり、封止部分(3.1,30.1)の断面は、口(5.1)の断面の形状に対応する形状を有し、かつそれよりも大きく、封止部分が口(5.1)に押込まれ得るようになっており、結果としてプレス嵌めをもたらし、前記方法はさらに、
壁固着部分(3.2)の遠位端を口(5.1)の中または上に位置付け、封止部分(3.1,30.1)を壁固着部分(3.2)の近位端上に位置付けて、接合要素軸(A)に平行な機械的振動および力を加えることによって壁固着部分(3.2)と封止部分(3.1,30.1)の少なくとも遠位部とを口(5.1)を通るように押込むステップを含み、それにより、壁固着部分(3.2)の周囲面上の熱可塑性材料が少なくとも部分的に液化して開口部(5)の壁に押込まれ、液化した材料は封止部分(3.1,30.1)により、口(5.1)を通って出ていかないよう防止されている、方法。 - 封止部分(3.1,30.1)の断面は、すべての側で口(5.1)の断面よりも0.1〜1mm大きい、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 壁固着部分(3.2)および封止部分(3.1,30.1)は、境界線(6)または境界溝(6.1)が口(5.1)を少なくとも0.5mm越えた位置に達するまで、開口部(5)に押込まれる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 封止部分(3.1)は接合要素の一部である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 接合要素は、その近位面(1.1)と開口部(5)が設けられた物体の表面とが同一平面となるまで開口部(5)に押込まれ得るよう設計されている、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 壁固着部分(3.2)は接合要素の近位端を形成し、封止部分(30.1)は、振動および力を接合要素に加えるために使用されるツール(30)の遠位端上に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 壁固着部分(3.2)と境界溝(6.1)の一部とは接合要素の近位端を形成し、封止部分(30.1)は、振動および力を接合要素に加えるために使用されるツール(30)の遠位端上に配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 物体は多孔質材料を含み、または、開口部(5)は熱可塑性材料との確実な嵌合接続を形成するのに好適な表面構造を有する壁を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 物体は、第1および第2の外層(20.1および20.2)と中間層(20.3)とを含む中空コア板(20)であり、開口部(5)は第1の外層(20.1)および中間層(20.2)を貫通しており、接合要素の壁固着部分(3.2)は第1の外層(20.1)の厚さよりも小さい軸方向範囲を有しており、接合要素の遠位端(2)と壁固着部分(3.2)の遠位端との間の距離は、接合要素が第2の外層(20.2)にも固着されるように中間層(20.3)の厚さに整合されている、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 封止部分(3.1)は接合要素の一部であり、封止部分(3.1)および壁固着部分(3.2)を合わせた軸方向範囲は、中空コア板(20)の第1の外層(20.1)の厚さと実質的に同じである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 一方が開口部(5)を含む2つの外層(20.1および20.2)は、互いからある適切な距離離れて位置付けられており、結果として生じる中空コア板の中間層(20.3)が複数の接合要素のみによって構成されるように、複数の接合要素が外層に固着される、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性材料および機械的振動の助けを借りて、物体に設けられた開口部(5)に固着される接合要素であって、前記接合要素は、

壁固着部分(3.2)、および壁固着部分(3.2)の近位側に隣接する封止部分(3.1)を含み、前記2つの部分は近位端と遠位端(1と2)との間に位置しており、封止部分(3.1)は円筒形または若干円錐形で、滑らかな周囲面を有しており、壁固着部分(3.2)の周囲面は熱可塑性材料を含み、複数の窪み(4.1)と窪み(4.1)の間にあるエネルギ集中要素(4.2)とを装備しており、エネルギ集中要素(4.2)はリブまたは隆起の形状を有しており、封止部分(3.1)の断面は壁固着部分(3.2)の断面を覆い、封止部分(3.1)と壁固着部分(3.2)とは境界線(6)または境界溝(6.1)で出合う、接合要素。 - 熱可塑性材料は少なくとも0.5GPaの弾性モジュール(module)を有する、請求項12に記載の接合要素。
- 窪み(4.1)は少なくとも0.2mmの深さを有する、請求項12または13に記載の接合要素。
- 接合要素は全体が熱可塑性材料からなる、請求項12〜14のいずれかに記載の接合要素。
- 封止部分(3.1)は接合要素の近位端(1)を構成する、請求項12〜15のいずれかに記載の接合要素。
- 封止部分(3.1)の軸方向延長は0.5〜2mmである、請求項16に記載の接合要素。
- 中央管をさらに含み、封止部分(3.1)および壁固着部分(3.2)は中央管の周りにつばをともに形成する、請求項16または17に記載の接合要素。
- 遠位端(2)の区域において、複数の径方向羽根(2.2)が中央管(2.1)に取付けられ、羽根は接合要素の遠位端(2)で中央管(2.1)を越えて突出している、請求項17に記載の接合要素。
- 中空コア板に固着されるための請求項16〜19のいずれかに記載の接合要素の使用。
- 開口部(5)を有する第1の外層(20.1)と、第2の外層(20.2)と、中間層(20.3)と、第1の外層(20.1)の開口部の壁と第2の外層(20.2)とに固着される請求項16〜19のいずれかに記載の複数の接合要素とを含む、中空コア板。
- 中間層(20.3)はハニカム構造を含む、請求項21に記載の中空コア板。
- 中間層(20.3)は複数の接合要素によってのみ構成される、請求項21に記載の中空コア板。
- 接合要素は、さらに別の物体が中空コア板(20)に取付けられることになっている、または取付けられた場所に位置している、請求項23に記載の中空コア板。
